Friendly service I received very friendly, helpful service from Todd when I went in for an oil change. (We have always received good service there, including Troy who we have dealt with in the past). Todd noticed my rear wiper blade was falling apart so we replaced that. He also let me know about the wear on my tires. When I asked if their were any discounts he checked the computer and found out that our discount card had expired. He suggested I apply online at the dealership to get a new number. I was able to do this and received a discount on the service that same visit. More
Service that exceeds expectations My Camry was had a 'rough' spot at about 1200rpm. Service Manager, Doug, took a ride with me and as soon as he experienced the issue he recognized an My Camry was had a 'rough' spot at about 1200rpm. Service Manager, Doug, took a ride with me and as soon as he experienced the issue he recognized and diagnosed it right away. He made arrangements to order in the parts and book me in 2 days later. He arranged a rental car for me while they worked on mine and completed the job on time. And the Camry purrs along beautifully again. More

They do a great job working on my car every time I bring it in and are never pushy when I say no thank-you to certain services. My only critique is the line up process when you arrive. Two bay doors creates to lines, however the lines do no move at the same time so you could be in one line for 10-15 minutes and have been there for far longer than people who just show up and if they choose the quicker line they're in before you. It's very frustrating especially when you've take the time to book an appointment. There should either be a line for scheduled and one for drop offs or a one line system that xxxxxxeveryone into the two doors. It's a frustration for me every time I come. More

Service Plus+ I recently purchased a used 2012 Toyota Corolla from Gateway Toyota. Unfortunately, for the season, my car came with Winter Tires (in great condition I recently purchased a used 2012 Toyota Corolla from Gateway Toyota. Unfortunately, for the season, my car came with Winter Tires (in great condition). Not wanting to destroy them by running them all summer, I had GT replace them with some All Seasons that I had. Not only is GT storing my winter tires for FREE (part of their GEM program), but they provided a shuttle to/from work (quite a distance from their location), also for FREE! They also did not do any work that was not asked for (I also needed them to check an air conditioning issue) or try to "up sell" the work order. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone. More
