Friendly service I received very friendly, helpful service from Todd when I went in for an oil change. He also let me know about the wear on my tires. When I asked if their were any discounts he checked the computer and found out that our discount card had expired. He suggested I apply online at the dealership to get a new number. I was able to do this and received a discount on the service that same visit. More

Service Manager, Doug, took a ride with me and as soon as he experienced the issue he recognized an My Camry was had a 'rough' spot at about 1200rpm. Service Manager, Doug, took a ride with me and as soon as he experienced the issue he recognized and diagnosed it right away. He made arrangements to order in the parts and book me in 2 days later. He arranged a rental car for me while they worked on mine and completed the job on time. And the Camry purrs along beautifully again. More

Two bay doors creates to lines, however the lines do no move at the same time so you could be in one line for 10-15 minutes and have been there for far longer than people who just show up and if they choose the quicker line they're in before you. It's very frustrating especially when you've take the time to book an appointment. There should either be a line for scheduled and one for drop offs or a one line system that xxxxxxeveryone into the two doors. It's a frustration for me every time I come. More
