I recently purchased a new 4runner from Gateway Toyota and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When it came time to fin and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When it came time to finalize my purchase, the financing process was smooth and efficient. The finance team was knowledgeable and made sure I understood all of my options. The delivery of the vehicle was seamless and the team at Gateway Toyota took the time to show me all of the features and answer any questions I had. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had at Gateway Toyota. Their exceptional customer service and expertise in the industry make them deserving of a five-star review. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend giving them a visit. More

I have dealt with 3 dealers over 8 years, but. Gateway Toyota was the least impressive. Sherwood Park Toyota (where I bought vehicle) and Orleans dealership (in Ontario for my CRV) were both more Gateway Toyota was the least impressive. Sherwood Park Toyota (where I bought vehicle) and Orleans dealership (in Ontario for my CRV) were both more responsive and accommodating. I had booked a service time, but was kept waiting more than 15 minutes to check in (if there is a slow line, I find it!). Wanted to wait for my vehicle, but was persuaded to take Uber — big mistake as it pushed my vehicle to the end of the line. Not great service, but then dealership had temerity to ask that I not answer Toyota Canada survey unless I could rate them as “Excellent”. As if. More
