I would like to make it clear that GEM is not a pre-paid service, it is a benefit package provided free to anyone who purchases a vehicle from Gateway Toyota and is valid for five years from the date you purchased your vehicle. This is clear both in the brochure and on our website. We’re sorry you weren’t able to take advantage of one more detailing before these free benefits expired and wish you a wonderful day.

How come you aren't so clear silent on the three calls made to your service advisor team who did not explain this to me if it is so clear on your website!! Like I said the buck stops with the dealership and you do not get the concept of Client Experience as evident from the tone in your email and your response!! Here are a few more facts which I did not list out in my first message but I must. Your Service Advisor, Michelle left my key on the windshield of the car and as I was upset I didn't realize I had not taken my key back. If the key fell off while driving back home who would be responsible? I guess you would have blamed the customer again!! When I called to book my vehicle in for detailing I was told that you no longer had vehicles to drop me off at home and that Toyota had fired all it's drivers and the advisor laughed when he told me this. Is this funny to you?!!
