The experience has been incredible from my first phone call for an appointment with April, who bent over backwards to get me in my limited timeframe to dealing with my Service Advisor, Graham who was so knowledgeable and helpful. I had chosen Gateway from recommendations from friends as I have complained about the service from my last Toyota Dealership. I highly recommend Gateway, the price was almost half of what was quoted me by my former Toyota dealership, but the friendliness and amenities of Gateway :Toyota have confirmed my friends words, and now Gateway is my dealership of choice. Really bad experience, liar, making up stories, scammer, He will deal a $1000 cash to you and free accommodation if you bring your vehicle to trade in Gateway Toyota. A long story but to make it short whatever he says to you is a lie. I am still waiting for this problem to be fix by there management/company. Until now no update yet. (P.S He offered us DEMO VAN but ended up USED/SECOND HAND VAN HE gave us) very disappointed More
