I had chosen Gateway from recommendations from friends as I have complained about the service from my last Toyota Dealership. I highly recommend Gateway, the price was almost half of what was quoted me by my former Toyota dealership, but the friendliness and amenities of Gateway :Toyota have confirmed my friends words, and now Gateway is my dealership of choice. A long story but to make it short whatever he says to you is a lie. I am still waiting for this problem to be fix by there management/company. Until now no update yet. (P.S He offered us DEMO VAN but ended up USED/SECOND HAND VAN HE gave us) very disappointed More

Our salesmen (first Bob, then David), were very patient and kind. Nikki in finance made things super simple and surprisingly quick. Upon pickup of our new vehicle we were introduced to Paula, who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the RAV4. She walked us through every feature which was a huge help since the vehicle is equipped with many settings. She didn’t rush us and was able to answer any question that we posed.
