I read reviews about this dealership and it made me feel good going into to look at a vehicle and this was such a petty thing, yet they still wouldn't rectify the situation. Bought a demo model Jeep with under 1K km's - so basically a new vehicle, get it home...the car mats were never replaced back in the vehicle when it was detailed. Called a few times to even get a call back, to hear "that model doesn't come with car mats" - what??? I reply, "they were there when I took it for a test drive". I'm told I'll hear back from them...nothing. Just felt like the old "we've got your money, no need to deal with this problem". So...had to go buy new Mopar mats from the US that cost $200. Such a small thing that could have been handled very easily, but that wasn't the case. More

Upon arriving at the dealership we were treated with respect. Gareth Armour came and greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. They did not have the advertised truck but had a close 2nd. Everything went smoothly from there. Gareth is personable and so friendly and makes you feel like a part of the team. There was never, ever any BS and that is they way we like it.
