Needed help and was turned away!! We have been long time customers, buying, from Garth just last August our Fiat 500L. And loved it so much we bought a brand new one from hunt Chrysle We have been long time customers, buying, from Garth just last August our Fiat 500L. And loved it so much we bought a brand new one from hunt Chrysler in Milton, 2 weeks ago. Cambridge doesn't sell new fiats. We needed to check exhaust system for something loose , as we are going to Tobermory, Saturday and wanted help so we don't have an emergency on the way. She turned me down and said hey we're booking for late next week or the following one and that was it, good bye! Right now I feel it is totally good bye from us!! I am very upset that they couldn't even try to give me 15mins, after all I sat 2 hrs for an oil change I had booked in advanced with our other fiat just recently, 2 hrs! What has happened to customer service? This would not be tolerated with my employer, Region of Waterloo. More

Wow'd after a routine oil change today!! I went in to have an oil change done today and inquired about ordering a new lock key for my tires, as mine had been accidentally stripped while chang I went in to have an oil change done today and inquired about ordering a new lock key for my tires, as mine had been accidentally stripped while changing my tires over...and only after its second use. Not only did Stefan cover the cost of my oil change (due to a previous experience), but he also covered the cost of a whole new set of lock nuts AND the key!! The key being stripped had nothing at all to do with them and they replaced everything for me!! I was shocked and not expecting anything of the sort. I must say, I was amazed and greatly appreciative of this gesture. I left there feeling like one lucky girl! Thank You Stefan and staff in the service dept. You made my day!! :) More

We purchased the Jeep on our first visit. The price was right. Alex referred me to Rui, who completed the financing transaction with speedy service. The Jeep needed to be custom ordered and Alex efficiently advises my daughter along the way as to the expected delivery date regularly. Great buying experience We felt Trina Tionko really listened to us. She asked us our must haves, our price range, and wish list. She brought us 2 mini vans that fit the bill. One with must haves, one with must haves and wish list. We felt she really listened. Did not try to up sell us beyond our affordability. Trina was very knowledgeable about the features of the mini van. When asked a question she was unsure of, she looked up the answer and was quickly able to answer. We ended up purchasing one of the vehicles. A process she was also knowledgable about and made really painless. More
