No product backup I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Freedom Ford, Brandon Mucha was our salesman and within two weeks I could not get it started... the battery was dead. I have had AMA out 5 times now to boost it and Brandon keeps insisting that it had a new battery in it when we bought it but their service department checked the computer records and tells me there was NO new battery installed in it... I am getting a run around that I do not appreciate... when I called to talk to a manager I got some sales manager that just put me back to Brandon... and now they want 400+ dollars to replace the battery that I was told was new when I bought it less than three month ago More

Lack of Communication The sales manager left me a voicemail saying they had they vehicle I wanted so I called back 45 minutes later saying i was ready to do a deal. I even texted the sales guy I was dealing with and I never heard from him either. I wont be using them or recommended them to anyone. I guess my business was not good enough for them . Fair Trade We had been looking for a newer vehicle for me. My husband filled out the online what is my trade worth form on the Freedom Ford website and was contacted by Binh in internet sales. In discussion between Binh and my husband it was discussed that we wanted to trade in our truck for 2 used vehicles and wanted a fair value. Binh said that would be no problem. We looked at the vehicles that they had in their used stock, went to their location and test drove the vehicles that interested us. Binh had both our vehicles looked at as trade ins and worked with us to get us a fair deal for us. We now have 2 new to us vehicles and Freedom Ford gave us fair value for our old vehicles. We now have purchased 5 vehicles from Freedom Ford and would look at them again. More
