Always taken care of by Roxanne I brought my '13 Focus ST in to take care of an issue under warranty (VVT sensors/PCM fault) and throughout the whole process my service advisor Roxan I brought my '13 Focus ST in to take care of an issue under warranty (VVT sensors/PCM fault) and throughout the whole process my service advisor Roxanne was helpful and caring as usual. She set me up with a nice rental when I dropped off my car, kept me posted on updates and continue to make me feel like her most important client even though she deals with hundreds of owners. The issue was resolved in a couple days and all is well. I personally feel it's the best Ford service centre in Edmonton based on my experience and it's the only place that will ever work on my car. Just getting key cut??? It took over one and a half hours to get a key cut at $150.00 plus because of programming charge.
