The Sales Department was very knowledgable about the Ford F150s. Going in we were unsure which truck best suited our needs. Thankfully, Darren took the time to listen and easily found us exactly what we were looking for. In matter of days we were picking up our new 2016 truck! The service was great and staff are awesome! Generally speaking, I've never had any issues and everything is perfect. Unfortunately this last visit when sideways. I booked a service appointment and provided the KM's so they could book me in for the right work. I was quoted 1.5 hours, so I planned to wait. Upon arrival, it was determined that it would really be 2.5 hours, still decided to wait. Got the call at the 3.5 hour mark, saying it would be another hour, no choice but to continue waiting. I arrived at the dealership at 9 and left around 1:30, so blew up my Saturday. I'm counting on this being a one off event, and Roxanne was great trying to fix, expedite and get me out the door. More

Attention to detail It's nice to be able to get your vehicle after a service and not have to worry about little things like missing valve caps, remote car starters left i It's nice to be able to get your vehicle after a service and not have to worry about little things like missing valve caps, remote car starters left in safe/disabled mode, and service soon lights that haven't been reset. And it goes a long way when they let you know about things they find that you might want to address while they are working on the vehicle rather than waiting to tell you about it when you pick up your vehicle at the end of the day. It's the little things that make the big difference. More
