We were told exactly what the problem was and it turned out to be a problem that was under warranty. We were back on the road again within an hour or so. Great Service! More

Since the moment I was greeted to receive the car the attention provided cannot be topped anywhere. They didn't limit themselves to what my request was but asked question to better assess my situation at that moment. They arranged the shuttle service and made sure I let them know if they had to pick me up at a different location. The driver, who has served me before, was very friendly. When giving an estimate to the work to be done they made sure I understood what the scope was. All very courteous. More

Disappointed Ford say they will warranty parts and service for 2 years, good luck with that as they find any reason not to.If it was done under any warranty the di Ford say they will warranty parts and service for 2 years, good luck with that as they find any reason not to.If it was done under any warranty the diffinately will not honor their work. Paid for service and they said they would email my inspection, they did not email me and they saved printing a few pieces of paper. When they say they do a inspection they really don't as I have a few items that they always miss and they just give you a check mark stating that they looked at it. Can you imagine they did not even mark down a badly worn out brake cable (plain as day if you look) More
