Never again Called dealer to have new wheels installed that were from new model year F-150. I had requested price from original time of booking appointment and th Called dealer to have new wheels installed that were from new model year F-150. I had requested price from original time of booking appointment and they weren't sure. When I inquired from part counter about the wheels they had let me know in advance it would be a possible few hundred dollars for new tps sensors to be installed to work with my model year , I agreed no problem. when I arrived for my appointment 6:45am 15min ahead of appointment there was already a line up. After finally getting my work order typed still no definite price was mentioned. I still moved forward with the install. I had let the service adviser know that I needed to be on the road before 10:00 she had replied no problem. After a grueling 3 Hrs of showroom and bad coffee they informed me the truck was ready 9:50am. I had went outside to view new wheels on truck and was completely devastated. Front drivers side wheel was scratched badly and the service adviser had just received invoice and asked me for $2700. the wheels themselves had about six months worth of dust on them and I could only see finger prints. Service manager was now involved and told me they would just replace the wheel from a truck on the lot 20min max. One hour later front wheel was changed yet still very dirty. In conclusion after almost four hrs. of my final day off I had my new very dirty wheels and new tps sensors installed on the truck. Two e-mails later and phone call I still have yet to receive the proper lug nuts for the wheels that I was told were going to be part of the deal ( but not noted on invoice ) So if you see a sign for $2000 new wheels and tires BEWARE get it in writing ! Last year they installed mudflaps 3 1/2 hrs misaligned had to wait another hr for that to get fixed. 2 strikes your out. More

Communication breakdown I would like to be informed as to when the car might be ready. I was told it needed to be kept overnight but didn't get a callback as promised the nex I would like to be informed as to when the car might be ready. I was told it needed to be kept overnight but didn't get a callback as promised the next morning. Couldn't get through even though I left voice messages for Cora and messages with real people. I would suggest that you take a tip from couriers and have digital milestones made available. As mechanics and other involved parties meet these milestones, these are automatically entered into the computer. This also can result in a calculated "ETA" so the customer will know when the vehicle will be ready. I'm a professor of supply chain management so this is my speciality! By the way, I love your driver! More
