Emergency visit for front brake failure To be honest, I have always avoided dealing with large dealerships because of trust and high price issues but when I had to stop into Freedom Ford for To be honest, I have always avoided dealing with large dealerships because of trust and high price issues but when I had to stop into Freedom Ford for an emergency brake repair I was extremely surprised at the excellent service and fair pricing. Roxanne Autor was quite possibly the best Service Advisor I have ever encountered and definitely will be taking all my business back to this dealership. Excellent Service, friendly atmosphere Now this was my first experience so I may be a little off on my expectations. I had booked my Truck in for service at 4pm. Oil Change and tire rota Now this was my first experience so I may be a little off on my expectations. I had booked my Truck in for service at 4pm. Oil Change and tire rotation. I arrived early, about 3:50pm, they took the truck in immediately. I talked with my Service advisor for a bit, and then went to sit in the waiting room area. They came ot get me about 5:15pm. I was a little unhappy with the time it took, maybe being end of the day? but I didn't expect it to take that long for an oil change a tire rotation. However, I know what to expect now. I have the Maintenance package on my truck so I will be going back for many more appointments, and maybe my expectations were off is all :) Very friendly and god service overall, just a little lengthier than expected. More

Courteous service I had my truck into Freedom Ford to follow up on a previous problem that they looked at. My truck was not functioning properly after having it there I had my truck into Freedom Ford to follow up on a previous problem that they looked at. My truck was not functioning properly after having it there 4 months ago. Cori Slute took good care of me and was very thorough in looking at the history my prior visits. She promised to have the truck look at again and see if something could be done to ensure the proper solution. The experience did not go as smoothly as I had hoped in that the truck was there all day and no one called me until I had left work at the end of the day. I left a message that I would pick up the truck the next morning. Upon speaking to Cori the next morning, I had made arrangements to have their courtesy shuttle meet me at home in order to get to the dealership to pick the truck. Unfortunately, the shuttle did not arrive for two hours resulting in my having to take a half day vacation. I was not too happy about that and feel that the dealership needs to do a better job in keeping customers informed of delays. More
