They really care. Mine was a recall visit. I chose Freedom for convenience of location and I'm glad I did. Nobody had heard of the Crown Vic headlight recall, but Kri Mine was a recall visit. Nobody had heard of the Crown Vic headlight recall, but Krish took the time to carefully read the online bulletin and proceeded to write up my service order. He called me within two hours just to let me know that they were still diagnosing the problem. He called again to let me know that the problem was indeed covered by the recall. I really appreciated being kept updated. Despite a busy service department, I was never rushed and was made to feel very comfortable. Should I ever be able to afford dealer service, I will definitely come here. More

The lounge has coffee, tables and wi-fi so I worked, and didn't miss a beat. I also used my "points" so the entire job cost me $8.00, so can't complain about that! More
