Professional, friendly and always helpful I brought my 2013 Focus ST in for an issue related to the transmission. No question Roxanne setup the repair for me and while she's on leave Krish took great care of the process. Once the parts arrived my car was in and out in about 24 hours. A rental was ready and waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Krish kept me updated and there were no hold ups in the service process. Between the three of them, the service from the people at Freedom always keep me happy about owning my car and having a Ford. Regardless of the significance of the repair, the way the service department handles it adds massive value to the ownership experience. excellence again timely, friendly, reasonably priced. waited for our vehicle during an oil change. during the hour we waited we were made comfortable in lounge. a numb timely, friendly, reasonably priced. waited for our vehicle during an oil change. during the hour we waited we were made comfortable in lounge. a number of the sales staff stopped and chatted for a few minutes and we were offered coffee by the manager and 3 sales people. one suggestion: an issue was discovered during our service that would have taken a few minutes and about 40$ to resolve. if we had been informed at that time, we would have asked for it to be added to the days service. instead, we weren't told until after the oil change was finished and now have to make another appointment. not a huge problem but an inconvenience that could have been avoided. More
