The effort to go above and beyond in assisting my husband and I was phenomenal and they accommodated the day to fit my newborns feeding schedule. We actually prefer to only deal with Mr.Frig and as being a previous Jeep family, we took took the leap and followed him into the Ford line as we know he always looks out for our best interests. I was very impressed with the level of service from the finance department. There was no pressure and she made sure we were fully covered with warranty to ensure we were taken care of going forward. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff I walked into the dealership with the intention of buying a used vehicle. Chris and Mike were so helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted in a new vehicle. Their interest in finding the perfect vehicle and professionalism really showed. Scheduled Maintenance I have the Pre Paid Maintenance Package. I have had this on several vehicles and always feel they important items are not focused on. I was upsold a I have the Pre Paid Maintenance Package. I have had this on several vehicles and always feel they important items are not focused on. I was upsold a new windsheild at a great price but when I asked about my brakes as I am at 80 km there was no answer for me. Just said checked off ok. No specs. that worries me. Also i pay alot of money for that maintenence package i deserve the items covered looked at autmoatically but thats never the case. Just my opinion. George More
