I was handed my maintenance breakdown and nothing was discussed until I posed any concern. From all my experiences with Freedom Ford this is the ultimately worst. Did not expect this from her based on my previous visits and service from other staff. More

Roxanne was pleasant to deal with as always. The service was performed quickly and I was contacted as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up. My only concern is there was a notice of caution The service was performed quickly and I was contacted as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up. My only concern is there was a notice of caution on the status of my windshield, however I cannot see any rock chips and this windshield is only a few months old. Also my power steering fluid level was not marked off as not being checked. I will admit I have not searched under my hood for it so maybe my truck does not have this option, however I am sure it would. More

Oil change and tire rotation I took my truck in for an oil change and a winter tire swap. Simple...right? This took over two hours. I pointed out there was a slow leak in one of my summer tires and instead of fixing it the technition pulled the tire off the rim, scratched the xxxx out of my newly powder coated rim and tried to sell me some new tires. Now I'm left with a scratched rim and a tire sitting off its bead. My truck only has 48,000 km (2011 F150 Harley Davidson) and they only run in the summer. In addition, the tech did not own up to scratching my rim but instead loaded my summer rims/tires into the back of my truck. I noticed the damage when I got home unloading my tires. This is not the first time I have left this dealership unhappy with damage to my vehicle. I have purchased 2 trucks from Freedom Ford and have my 2011 CS/GT Mustang serviced there. My question is why should I ever come back? More

It makes it frustrating as a customer, and does not make me feel confident in the service being provided. More
