Roxanne was pleasant to deal with as always. The service was performed quickly and I was contacted as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up. My only concern is there was a notice of caution on the status of my windshield, however I cannot see any rock chips and this windshield is only a few months old. Also my power steering fluid level was not marked off as not being checked. I will admit I have not searched under my hood for it so maybe my truck does not have this option, however I am sure it would. More

Too much staff turn around I have been dealing with Freedom Ford for 5 years now... and while I do love their service department for the most part, lately I feel like there are I have been dealing with Freedom Ford for 5 years now... and while I do love their service department for the most part, lately I feel like there are always new people working who have no idea what is going on. It makes it frustrating as a customer, and does not make me feel confident in the service being provided. More

Oil change and tire rotation I took my truck in for an oil change and a winter tire swap. Simple...right? This took over two hours. I pointed out there was a slow leak in one of my summer tires and instead of fixing it the technition pulled the tire off the rim, scratched the xxxx out of my newly powder coated rim and tried to sell me some new tires. Now I'm left with a scratched rim and a tire sitting off its bead. My truck only has 48,000 km (2011 F150 Harley Davidson) and they only run in the summer. In addition, the tech did not own up to scratching my rim but instead loaded my summer rims/tires into the back of my truck. I noticed the damage when I got home unloading my tires. This is not the first time I have left this dealership unhappy with damage to my vehicle. I have purchased 2 trucks from Freedom Ford and have my 2011 CS/GT Mustang serviced there. My question is why should I ever come back? More

F-150 40K oil change & recall I was disappointed with the service at Freedom Ford this time. I asked for an oil change, a recall to be fixed and a protection package yearly inspect I was disappointed with the service at Freedom Ford this time. I asked for an oil change, a recall to be fixed and a protection package yearly inspection. In the end I had to make a second trip to have the propack inspection due to the shop moving at this time. My disappointment was due to Freedom not having the parts to complete the recall for the brake master cylinder while the truck was in for service. I was extremely disappointed when I picked the truck up I found my bill to be $471.67 and not all the work I requested was completed, and having to make a second trip. To add to my disappointment the service writer quoted me a 3 week wait for parts and could not explain some of the charges on my invoice. The same day I picked the truck up I went straight to a different Ford dealer and they booked me in the next day for my brake recall as they had all parts and supplies on hand.
