F-150 40K oil change & recall I was disappointed with the service at Freedom Ford this time. I asked for an oil change, a recall to be fixed and a protection package yearly inspect I was disappointed with the service at Freedom Ford this time. I asked for an oil change, a recall to be fixed and a protection package yearly inspection. In the end I had to make a second trip to have the propack inspection due to the shop moving at this time. My disappointment was due to Freedom not having the parts to complete the recall for the brake master cylinder while the truck was in for service. I was extremely disappointed when I picked the truck up I found my bill to be $471.67 and not all the work I requested was completed, and having to make a second trip. To add to my disappointment the service writer quoted me a 3 week wait for parts and could not explain some of the charges on my invoice. The same day I picked the truck up I went straight to a different Ford dealer and they booked me in the next day for my brake recall as they had all parts and supplies on hand. She would not accept my repeated not interested reply. To which she made me feel like an idiot for not purchasing. She got the finance manager who was at least polite and where I reaffirmed I did not want the packages. The remainder of my dealings with the finance lady were very unfriendly and I was made to feel like I was piece of poop for the remainder of my time there. I will never willing visit your dealership again. The sales personal were easy and very helpful to work with in getting me the truck I needed close to the price I wanted. More

The person I dealt with in finance tells lies to hide her mistakes. Still trying to get this nightmare straightened out 3 weeks after the sale, getting very little help from finance dept. Very incompetent and unprofessional. I will never give Freedom Ford my business again. More

Slightly disappointed with the customer service. I had booked my appointment 2 months in advance for two recalls and a check engine light. The process was quick and straight forward when dealing with I had booked my appointment 2 months in advance for two recalls and a check engine light. The process was quick and straight forward when dealing with the service advisor when I was dropping off my vehicle. The advisor (I do not remember her name anymore) had asked me to monitor the vehicle's CEL after the wire harness recall was performed as it may have an impact on it, I agreed and took the shuttle home after handing them my keys at 9 am. When i came back to pick up my vehicle at 4 pm, I found out only one recall was done and that the other was not done due to parts not being available. I was a little annoyed by this because I had booked my appointment far in advance just for the sole reason everything would be ready and done. Little was explained on the matter of why, but I was told that parts would be ordered and I would receive a call to bring the vehicle in to have the remaining recall performed. Its been a little over 3 months and I have not got a call yet. Slightly disappointed with the customer service right now. More

Getting the car ready for delivery was longer than I expected and there seemed to be no particular timeline to getting delivery. Perhaps when you put a vehicle on as a special; it could be serviced in advance. The tire pressure was not checked and I had the low tire pressure light come on during the first day of driving. Evan did a good job on the financing but when he brought in my approval he made a joke about my two bankruptcies holding things up. As a person who was married to a business woman who forced me into bankruptcy as part of a extremely bad divorce; I did not appreciate it. It was late in the day when I dropped in and am a little absent minded at the best of times. I had had a busy day and was tired. When I was slow to provide paperwork one of the women in the finance are told me to "Get it together". I am 69 and felt that I was not being treated as well as a customer should be.. More
