I would recommend you quick lube, not you other department Your service department completely disappointed me. Then they want to charge us extra for the rental car. Not to mention the problem that was to be looked at they said maybe a issue not covered by warranty. This has made us very very unhappy customers. The rep, I was dealing with was great the whole time. This does not reflect in anyway on her. More

Can't believe I'm still having issues. We are trying to survive this terrible experience but it just keeps getting worse. Bought a brand new 2015 Ford Edge 13 months ago. A few months in th We are trying to survive this terrible experience but it just keeps getting worse. Bought a brand new 2015 Ford Edge 13 months ago. A few months in the backup camera wasn't working right. After multiple visits and a full new camera system including wiring and one broken piece on install my camera works. Then I'm driving to school and my whole car powers down. Totally dead on Calgary Trail. No warning lights, no nothing! A piston broke and damaged the whole engine. I received no indication warning lights that there was anything wrong. Now I wait a month and get a whole new engine. After multiple conversations with management they come up with no compensation for our time wasted and stress for months of this vehicle in the shop. So as people with no other options we keep this lemon and hope for the best. Last week my backup camera isn't working again. We go in and they need to order a new part. Today I go into my hatch back and notice they have removed the hatch button. They forgot to replace it after inspecting the camera. What a nightmare. I can't even express how utterly disappointed we are. My business would be shut down if this happened in my industry. How come it's ok to just be stuck with vehicle. I have three kids, manage a busy business and go to school. I just want to get there. More

Lack of clear communication. I met with an accident and since i brought my car at this dealership, I thought it would be the best place to service it despite there were two other I met with an accident and since i brought my car at this dealership, I thought it would be the best place to service it despite there were two other dealerships near my house. The total repair time was little over "Two Months". I had a 2016 Fiesta ST, a new/rare care. The parts had to be manufactured and then shipped. The Body Shop at the Dealership does a good job giving a run around as if I am a naive customer. I can certainty say that my vehicle has been delayed by "Two to Three Weeks" because of lack of accountability. The initial estimate of my repair was approximately $3500. The final pricing was $6500. Clearly, someone did not do a good job at estimating or ordering all required/possibly required parts at once and fix the vehicle in one attempt. All in all, the dealership does not go above and beyond to make customers happy. Small independent body shops I have dealt with in the past used to have their parts shipped from international countries withing 3 days. While, for this dealership, "express shipping from USA apparently takes 5-7 business days". All in all, I am being fair in the review. I am sure any customer like myself would be upset not having their new daily driver for 2 months and missing major holidays like Christmas and New Years. I was lucky in having a rental for that long through my insurance but that doesn't mean anything when the use is restricted. More
