Concern with charge I paid 186$ to have my coolant topped off which I could have had done at my next oil change. I came in with heat concerns. A diagnostic was done and t I paid 186$ to have my coolant topped off which I could have had done at my next oil change. I came in with heat concerns. A diagnostic was done and then my fluids were checked. I was 2 ltr's short on coolant. I would suggest checking fluid first. Diagnostic showed nothing. 200$ down the drain. I prefer not to use the dealership for my service needs. Buying and auto body work is okay and I'll use that but not service. I just don't trust it. Thank you More

Excellent Service I've been using Freedom since I purchased my truck. Service center is painless, easy to book and arrange. The people at the desks are friendly, helpful and they provide options and alternatives with regards to the service required. I've only had a bad experience one time due to work taking longer than estimated , but they are diligent with communication, so that delays and little things don't become major things. More

They give the impression they are enjoying their job. Roxanne is great to deal with got a call to let me know the truck was going in, got a call an hour later it was ready, 2 hours before asked to pick it up. Keep up the good work guys ! More
