Lisa Boersma has proven herself a competent consultant, and I am continually impressed with her mechanical knowledge. Although Sales won't want to hear this, Lisa and her team are taking such good proactive care of my vehicle, it may last years and years....and years! See U all again soon. More

Take no for an answer I was in this dealership for maintenance on my F150. There is almost an unwritten law that you see in dealerships if the customer is sitting there and I was in this dealership for maintenance on my F150. There is almost an unwritten law that you see in dealerships if the customer is sitting there and not wander the floor, they are happy with what they have. But when they hit the floor in the boredom of waiting and start looking at things then you have the chance to talk to them and see if they are looking for an upgrade. It happened to me when I was there, it was not pushy sales and had a decent conversation with the sales rep. Not Dhiraj. He came into the waiting area and asked if I was in for service. Silly me... I thought my truck was done. So I responded with excitement that yes I was. Well, then the sales inquiry started. Being polite I answered his questions about my payments, interest and km on my truck. After he started to tell me all the deals they had on the 2017, I told him I liked my truck and I was not interested. He wanted to know why, so I shared with him that I just got the truck and I like it, although used it was still new to me. He then tried to push me and say he could save me money etc etc. I politely declined. He then proceeded to pull up a chair beside me and ask why I did not want to save money. I had enough and said I do not want to trade in my truck and that I was already dealing with someone here (which was true, I have met him early in the day and was very polite and took no the first time, yet continued to share with me what was new in the 2017 line and to keep that in mind when I do/if decide. I thanked him and asked for his card) and I would be dealing with them in the future. That STILL was not enough, he wanted to know the name of the person and why they were not saving me money. I shared the name and now he wanted to take me to him to make sure I was buying a truck and the two of them would save me money. Finally, I said I was not interested and got up and left. Talk about giving sales guys a bad name. The rest of my experience, with the exception of the long wait, was pleasant. The service department, Cori, I dealt with were very helpful and accommodating. More
