My new favorite person After having terrible experiences at 3 other Ford dealerships and my vehicle not being fixed at all I was referred to Roxanne by a close friend. She returned my call fast and we had set up an appointment for me to bring in my 2013 escape. She was a pleasure to deal with from the very start. Fast and efficient and accommodating. My car was there for 3 days and she kept me posted all along the way. Every time she called she was in a good mood and understood where I was coming from. I knew I was in good hands and felt very cared for. I can't even put in to words the kind of person she is. I will continue to buy Fords just to deal with her. She has legitimately restored my faith in dealership service. More

Diane was super friendly, made the process easy, and was always able to answer our questions. We took it for a test drive, and walked out of there the owners of an F-150. Highly recommended! More

Very Poor Policies I bought a used 2013 F150 xlt from Freedom.I did so as I assumed{wrong} that FORD would dot there I's and Cross there T's before selling a vehicle to I bought a used 2013 F150 xlt from Freedom.I did so as I assumed{wrong} that FORD would dot there I's and Cross there T's before selling a vehicle to a customer.Ive proudly drive a Ford truck is my first in 1989 and Bragged often about Ford.This experience has diminished that greatly,Thanks for that ! After driving and monitoring my gas mileage for 2 months I came to the obvious conclusion that 19.5L/100KM was completely out of sync for this ecoboost after alot of research.I took back the truck to FREEDOM and they agreed to pay for a pc check.Found out it was in need of an update! They couldnt tell me what it was for and it would cost me $149 plus almost $20 in shop fee;s{to hook a cable to the cpu? and update? } shop fee's?? . Just because you can doesnt mean ou always should !! Why was I not notified the truck needed and update I asked and the reply was because we are not required to check for "uodate" before selling. Really ! What if it were a safety issue for headlight prematurely shutdown down,or fuel pumps not turning off when gasline breached,Brake modules,etc. Sell me a truck and the charge me $180 to fix it. PATHETIC FORD ! Your light has been dimmed in my eye's and you've Tarnished your reputation with a Loyal Customer over a nickel and dime policy ! Hope the $180 you squeezed outta me was worth my Loyality !! PS...The gas mileage started dropping immediatly and hovers aroung 16L/100km in city and 13-14 highway like it should have which it was why I wanted one. Love my truck but your policies lack commitment to your customers. ! More
