She is a true customer service professional and is always friendly, professional and makes you feel welcome. She explasns the service needs of the vehicle thoroughly and in plain English. It is my positive relationship with the Service department, primarily Roxanne and shuttle driver Craig that influenced my decision to purchase from Freedom again. In dealing with Darrell, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly and he went out of his way to accommodate me. The selection and purchase of the vehicle was no pressure and straight talk which i prefer. When it came time for the financing discussion with Arlene, I again found her to be very personable and professional. This is the second New Edge I have purchased from Freedom as I appreciate the no pressure attitude. More

Regular Maintenance I've been a client at Freedom Ford for a couple of years now. Started with just maintenance on my 2013 Ford Escape and more recently with a purchase o I've been a client at Freedom Ford for a couple of years now. Started with just maintenance on my 2013 Ford Escape and more recently with a purchase of a 2016 Ford Escape as well. I was given the best advice and ultimately the best possible deal. The very first person that I spoke with was in fact the deal maker for me to continue to come back to Freedom Ford. I'm reffering to Roxanne Autor, she always made me feel welcome and I'm very happy with her proffessionalism, knowledge and personality. Looking back on MY personal e I understand there are many variables that make up an experience such as this and in the moment it is a lot to take in. Looking back on MY personal experience this is my evaluation. I was shopping on the Freedom Ford website and found a vehicle I was interested in. When I went in to the dealership to see it I was greeted immediately by Kal who was very friendly and outgoing. When I told him what vehicle I was there to see I was told by a sales manager it "had just been sold" the day before my arrival. I think the website needs to be in real-time to eliminate the perception of bait-n-switch. Could've given a better price comparison to see what other models/options were available for same dollar value. Kal was very friendly and personable but needs some polishing around the edges: Pros: - Listened to my needs and identified a vehicle that matched - Good conversation - Greeted and didn't feel pressured Area's for Improvement: - Didn't offer to take me out to the lot to choose a vehicle - Didn't explain the Costco discount appropriately - When I came to pick up my new vehicle exclaimed that he already had a buyer for my trade-in (sort of a slap in the face after the amount of time negotiating the trade value) - The attention to customer needs shifted to attention to his overall performance I think Kal will be a good salesman but needs to improve his professionalism. Just looking - The GSM I dealt with, Matt H., is no longer listed on the website but was very accommodating. Arlene in Finance was very thorough and friendly. She offered my girlfriend veggies and dip when the process went well into its 3rd hour by the time we got to finance. Very genuine and down-to-earth. I was satisfied with my experience but there is room for improvement. More
