But they did fix both sides of my 4x4 system that was leaking and makinging a grinding noise so all in all can't complain just have to rebook to get the rest don everyone was great polite , quick , talking laughing , not cold and dry 👍Thanks guys More

She is a true customer service professional and is always friendly, professional and makes you feel welcome. She explasns the service needs of the vehicle thoroughly and in plain English. It is my positive relationship with the Service department, primarily Roxanne and shuttle driver Craig that influenced my decision to purchase from Freedom again. In dealing with Darrell, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly and he went out of his way to accommodate me. The selection and purchase of the vehicle was no pressure and straight talk which i prefer. When it came time for the financing discussion with Arlene, I again found her to be very personable and professional. This is the second New Edge I have purchased from Freedom as I appreciate the no pressure attitude. More
