Amazing sales staff I went to Freedom Ford after my vehicle was totalled in an accident. I had just spent close to three hours at another dealership being told that what I went to Freedom Ford after my vehicle was totalled in an accident. I had just spent close to three hours at another dealership being told that what I wanted did not exist for the price I wanted (it was during the year end sales event). I left that dealer and drove to Freedom. Within 30 minutes my salesman found a car with the features I wanted (and a couple extra) for the price I wanted to pay. It was a great experience made even better after having just walked away from a terrible experience at a different dealership. The salesman wasn't pushy at all, and actually took the time to listen to what I wanted. More

The Finance Manager Ali Hamade went over and beyond to get me the best possible deal. I was under the miss information that not having debt was a good thing but not having a credit rating is worse than having bad credit. Ali took the time to find out why I was in the situation that I was in and used that information to fight for my loan to be approved. More

With a very bad experience 4 years ago going to another SVT dealer only beacuse you were too booked up i have learned since then to be patient for each visit with you at freedom Ford is worth the wait. **Also hats off to the mechanic who really appreciated my concerns and took extra care when changing oil on my Super Snake like it was his own. Roxanne also does a great job as she followed through on my requests and went out of her way to make sure i was happy. P.S. would also like to say talking to Heath in Parts Dept. was GREAT for there wasn't a question that he couldn't answer . The last two I was treated well but wasn't satisfied they fixed the problem and they didn't take further accountability for their work. I was left dissatisfied and may not go back. More

Gesture of Goodwill After waiting for almost 5 hours last October for an oil change/tire rotation, Freedom Ford offered me a complimentary detailing of my Escape. I thou After waiting for almost 5 hours last October for an oil change/tire rotation, Freedom Ford offered me a complimentary detailing of my Escape. I thought that was very nice of them and said that I would bring it in in the Spring. I picked up my vehicle on Monday of this week and noticed a few of things: *The carpet is dusty and musty (I was advised that they do not have a carpet shampooer??) *The door jams and the bumper under the hatch were not wiped *and my care smells rotten. (a co-worker and a friend that have since been in it both told me this!) I realize some people are never happy with what they get, but I did not ask for the this service - I was offered it. If I had been paying for this detailing, it would have been shampooed and spotless before I drove away. Maybe I am swayed in my perception of Freedom now that it is owned by Go Auto..... Not sure how I feel about that company. None-the-less, thank your Freedom for the vehicle cleaning and I will see you in the Fall for my next scheduled maintenance service. More
