We all can have issue from time to time but how we deal with them is what makes the difference, Jason and his team went and turned what could have been a bad situation into a total recovery. also the work on my F150 was completed on time and as was quoted. Got Us What We Needed We had an F150 that was wonderful however, we had no reason for keeping it anylonger and wanted an Escape as we had one for many years prior. problem keeps repeating My Ford Focus 2013 has continued to have transmission problems. It was fixed in 2015 ( no charge to me) and then in 2016 ( no charge to me). Both of t My Ford Focus 2013 has continued to have transmission problems. It was fixed in 2015 ( no charge to me) and then in 2016 ( no charge to me). Both of those times the issue went away for about a year. This last time (May 2017) I took it in yet again (no charge to me) with the same issue. This time the issue isn't fixed. To be honest I'm getting frustrated that the issue keeps reoccurring and now this last time it wasn't even fixed. Every time I bring my car in it's a hassle since I have to borrow a car from my family member and wonder if I'm going to have to pay for the issue. At this point I'm seriously considering getting rid of the car. As for trying to get the issue fixed again... I guess i will give it another go in a few weeks. More
