I first called the dealership to just get rough idea on the prices. As I go to your dealership for service on my 2014 F350 truck, I received a call from team member Jason who was passed on from Ken the sales manager. Jason was very clear that this was the dealership to get my best deal. I always was dealing with southern Alberta dealership. The employees I interacted with, especially Kami and Jason were very knowledgeable about all your Ford product line and seems genuinely interested in helping to service my truck, to the new product that Ford is delivering for 2017 in trucks to meet my needs rather just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their team efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed in style, price and very satisfied with purchase. I will continue to visit your dealership in the future, as well recommend it to my friends and family. Please let’s not forget Arlene in the most detailed part of your team Ford as her efforts did not go unnoticed. You have put together a great Ford team that makes customers feel respected and valued. Will not be returning I scheduled a car for an oil change in advance and was a waiter customer. Not only was I not contacted during the visit about the wait but after I re I scheduled a car for an oil change in advance and was a waiter customer. Not only was I not contacted during the visit about the wait but after I returned to the service room the advisor couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge that I was there. Total wait time from appointment to when I got the keys for an oil change was over a hour and ten minutes. When I said I wouldn't be returning over the wait time exceeding his expectation he provided there was no attempt to explain the wait or to apologize for the wait. To add to the frustration the paperwork said the vehicle passed the lights check but I had to go to Napa and get replacement bulbs for the center brake lights. More

Stam KMs AWAY this Dealership FREEDOM dealership provided me with the WORST service and customer services experience in whole my life after dealing with different brands, Cadillac, FREEDOM dealership provided me with the WORST service and customer services experience in whole my life after dealing with different brands, Cadillac, BMW and TOYOTA. FREEDOM FORD is not only unreliable in finding fault and problem in your vehicle, but also GREEDY in charging extra labor cost for simpler work compared to other Dealerships. I purchased a pre-owned Ford Fusion couple weeks ago. Before purchasing, I asked "Team Ford" for a peace of mind inspection. Team Ford Diagnosed an small fault in vehicle and asked me No-Charge to fix it, since was under warranty. I made a horrible mistake to take my vehicle to "Freedom Ford" for fixing because it was just blocks a way my work place. After one day, Freedom Ford called me back and mentioned: "Unfortunately, every thing was FINE in your vehicle and you HAVE TO pay us 70$ for labor charge for Re-inspection". I responded back: Apparently one of the dealership are incompetent here, the other or you! BUT, If you were suspicious about their finding with visual inspection, why you did not get my permission for re-inspection charge? Freedom service department MANAGER responded: when we said we should verify this fault, that means I got your permission for additional charge!!! Moreover, I said: Teamford charged me with 70$ for total inspection of my vehicle, why you are charging me with the same labor for inspecting just one small piece? He just simply said: I shall pay 70$ to let me take my vehicle! End of story, they got money for fixing nothing and, moreover, having INCOMPETENT Mechanics that were not able to find fault in the vehicle. I booked for Teamford to fix already found fault! They are just not only unreliable in finding fault and problem in your vehicle, but also GREEDY in charging extra labor cost for simpler work compared to other Dealerships. Horrible Experience ... Be careful when you are purchasing FORD. Purchase from more reliable Brands or, at least, be very cautious when you pick your dealership. More
Ace was great to deal with When shopping for a new SUV we went to several dealerships. Of all the sales people we talked to Ace was by far the best. After the purchase he still took the time to shows us all the features our SUV has and checks up to make sure it is treating us good. I recommend dealing with Ace. More
Freedome does not warranty their vehicles I have purchased 3 trucks from freedom ford and no issues till now! My 2015 f350 was in at 57000 to which freedom never resolved all my issues to which Blair left my work order open I came back they barely glanced over my truck and kicked it out saying once again only some of the issues were fixed to which they were not to saying that they would not do anymore work on my truck due to a lift kit but were unaware of the problem that was causing the issue! This dealer is horrible after purchasing 3 vehicles and getting no customer service I'll never return! Best of luck to anyone who visits Freedome ford More

The recent recalls from Ford gave me the opportunity to have both the recall and works pkg. done. In both cases I was left thinking it was time to stop using dealer services. In the case of my 2017 Explorer I had a slow leak in a tire, had I gone to a tire shop it would have been repaired for free as a customer service. Instead I had it done at your dealership at a cost of $38.00. The explanation I was given was you pay your technicians more than the tire shop. I was disappointed but paid the bill and left. A week later I took my 2013 Explorer in for the same recall. When my wife picked up the vehicle it would not run, she barely limped home with it. I checked the oil and barely found a trace of oil left on a paper towel. I called the dealership to let them know I thought the engine was void of oil. They arranged to have it towed back and their explanation is explained on your tag 2743. First let me say had it not been for the professional way Kami Crerar your service advisor handled this I would not even be writing this note, I would simply never darken your door again. I am not a big believer in coincidence and when I checked the oil after this work was done found a significant difference in the amount of oil on a paper towel from when I checked it after the first work was done. It is my opinion someone is lying to someone. Whether your technician to you or you to me. This bug body is a bit of a story I found hard to believe, how did this happen between services or why was it not found the first time? More
