Same as always........! Quick and professional! I have a 2011 Ford 350, and always had it serviced at Freedom. No big deal right?......... well I'm from Sherwood Park. No service out here or anywhere in Edmonton other than Freedom worth going to. Always quick, courteous and pricing and work seems fair and well done........ they even step up and admit an error or misdiagnosis and correct it. Always come back to this dealership each time..... worth the little extra travel from out here. Great staff and large clean premises. Good job guys.......... (p.s. let's face it no one likes dealing with stuff at any dealership, so rare to find one as good as this). Very happy. More

Great place to come for servise! Supper friendly and helpful service staff. Here is a little story. As I was waiting for next service rep I overheard telephone conversation with unhap Supper friendly and helpful service staff. Here is a little story. As I was waiting for next service rep I overheard telephone conversation with unhappy client because some other dealership was not willing to help with some warranty work. The service guy managed to see the "new" client's truck with in half an hour. How awesome is that to hear. By the way, on top of what I needed to have done on my Mustang they additionally touched up my scuffed up rim. WOW!! And yes as you heard on the radio they sure have delicious coffee in the showroom! These are the few reasons why I always go back to Freedom Ford. Jozef More

Will not be returning I scheduled a car for an oil change in advance and was a waiter customer. Not only was I not contacted during the visit about the wait but after I re I scheduled a car for an oil change in advance and was a waiter customer. Not only was I not contacted during the visit about the wait but after I returned to the service room the advisor couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge that I was there. Total wait time from appointment to when I got the keys for an oil change was over a hour and ten minutes. When I said I wouldn't be returning over the wait time exceeding his expectation he provided there was no attempt to explain the wait or to apologize for the wait. To add to the frustration the paperwork said the vehicle passed the lights check but I had to go to Napa and get replacement bulbs for the center brake lights. More

As I go to your dealership for service on my 2014 F350 truck, I received a call from team member Jason who was passed on from Ken the sales manager. Jason was very clear that this was the dealership to get my best deal. I always was dealing with southern Alberta dealership. The employees I interacted with, especially Kami and Jason were very knowledgeable about all your Ford product line and seems genuinely interested in helping to service my truck, to the new product that Ford is delivering for 2017 in trucks to meet my needs rather just being focused on making a quick sale.
