Why Did You Change Your Sales Strategy? I used to be exceptionally happy with the attitude of everyone at Freedom Ford and I want to be quite clear that the information in my original review I used to be exceptionally happy with the attitude of everyone at Freedom Ford and I want to be quite clear that the information in my original reviews below is still accurate for the service team; they are rock stars, especially Roxanne as a Service Advisor and Grant as the Shop Foreman, they deserve a huge compliment. STAY AWAY FROM THE SALES TEAM Now, here is where my relationship has now crumbled with the SALES team. My wife wanted additional information on the sales price of an Expedition and since our original awesome sales person has retired, we were passed on to Jas. I am not sure if Jas or the current sales strategy is to blame for what happened next, but what I am about to detail is both 100% unethical and a great way to destroy a customer's trust. So, instead of just elaborating on current pricing, Jas tells my wife she has to come in to find this information out. She brings me along with her and this ENTIRE request for additional information on a future vehicle becomes a complete waste of time trying to sell us a vehicle on the spot. Hi, I came to Freedom Ford because you weren't like the shady tactics Team Ford uses. WHY WOULD YOU BECOME LIKE THEM? Jas then made a huge deal out of a simple request for information and brings in a credit person and a "sales manager" to try to find out how I can get into this vehicle right now. Wow, epic fail Jas, your pressure sales tactic, not only sleazeball, but completely disrespectful and destroyed any trust I had in Freedom Ford sales for the last 3 vehicles I purchased, and the over 8 vehicle sales I have referred to your dealership. This so-called sales manager was so rude he wanted to press for a sale no matter what, he literally said this, "Maybe you are looking for the wrong vehicle Jason. Why did you come looking for a Ferrari on a Ford budget?". So, first and foremost we were completely transparent, we wanted to know what the current incentives would bring the cost of a vehicle to because it wasn't showing on the website. We were transparent this was to get a budget idea for at the least a year from now. Instead, you became Team Ford and tried to shove any vehicle you could down our throats. To top it all off, I have had promises of a "real manager with authority" to call me and apologize when your cold call sales guy got an earful from me. That was August Long Weekend, now it's September 22nd, 2017 and I have a reminder email to rate Freedom Ford Sales team; you have more than missed the boat. You'll never see another non-service dollar from us without being accountable to your pathetic actions. I shouldn't have to use a platform like this to get through to someone on your issues, but all other methods of feedback have failed, so this is my final recourse. I would really like to speak to someone in the executive level to see if you even care about customers, or are aware of the current attitude to your repeat customer base, it's exceptionally disappointing to be treated like this. How would you feel as a customer if they treated you like this? I am leaving my name in the body of this rating should you actually want to try to right a wrong. Jason Melmoth ******************************* I first met Roxanne when I had an awesome sales experience picking up my first F150 ever when converting from GM back in 2012. I was introduced to her as my service contact and have always gone back to Freedom Ford and her specifically when I need service. Since the initial purchase we have referred friends and family for multiple vehicles and my wife's Explorer Sport was purchased there as well. I moved to the far West End about 1.5 years ago now and will only take my truck back to Freedom, specifically asking for Roxanne. If it wasn't for her great customer service skills and the others in the Freedom team I would simply have gone to the nearest authorized dealership to me. I personally recommend Freedom for buying new and used and Roxanne for anything to do with service. I love the atmosphere and conversation every time I come for The Works package when getting my truck serviced, it really lightens up my day. Please don't change this awesome attitude and atmosphere in the service department and keep up the awesome work! Edited Below: We recently had a rough idling issue with my wife's Explorer Sport and the issues were partially warranty and some were consumables I had to cover. Again, Roxanne was great at scheduling the service and accommodating our crazy family schedule. The prices for non-warranty work were fair and the vehicle is running great. I have never taken any of my Ford vehicles anywhere else for service and with yet another great experience this will be my go-to location well into the future. If it wasn't for Roxanne in the Service Department, I would have long moved to a location closer to me, but piece of mind outweighs distance with experiences like this! Keep up the great work Roxanne! More
No Pressure Service I went to Freedom Ford's Quick Lube Service with a target specific service duty. Lisa accommodated my request. She understood exactly what I wanted done and didn't come up with a list of a number of tweaks that should be done P-D-Q. We touched on what work could be put off to a future date and I was on my way. Bravo to a job well done! More

Terrible Vehicle Maintenance service Brought my F-150 in because it had a new rattle. Told the service advisor, who promptly said it was the timing chain? Paid 80$ to find out it was a $3 Brought my F-150 in because it had a new rattle. Told the service advisor, who promptly said it was the timing chain? Paid 80$ to find out it was a $3000 timing chain repair. The eco boost engines are a double overhead chain design, the second Ford dealer I took it too said unlikely for that engine. They turned by driver tire to the side and showed me the broken exhaust manifold bolt. This was common for the 2013 F-150's and I was told by the second dealer I went too. Don't go here for repairs, this is the second bad experience I have had in the last year. Alex Hadzariga More

Warranty Work I came to Freedom Ford after a few horrific experiences at Sherwood Ford (FYI: never ever ever go there!!!). Roxanne was fantastic making me feel at e I came to Freedom Ford after a few horrific experiences at Sherwood Ford (FYI: never ever ever go there!!!). Roxanne was fantastic making me feel at ease especially after the BS I went through at Sherwood Ford. She assured me she would take care of me and she really did. Everyone was very friendly and my overall experience was quite good. The only issue I had was that my SUV had to be taken in a total of 5 times (3 at Sherwood and 2 at Freedom) to replace a headrest because the warehouse either did not have the part I needed or sent incorrect parts. This is not a Freedom Ford issue but a warehouse issue which is why I gave 4 not 5 stars. The Dealership gets a 5, the warehouse not so much. Your warehouse needs to get it together; a customer should never have to run around that much for a simple headrest. I will continue to go to Freedom in the future because they did a great job at what I needed to get done on my SUV. Thank you Roxanne for the great customer service!!! More
