I came to the dealership looking for a new Mustang but Wilf helped me decide to go with an AWD Fusion for the fact of very snowy winters. My experience with freedom ford was sort of stretched out over a number of months. I had previously gone into Freedom Ford's used car center inquiring about trading in a 2005 ford explorer. there were curren over a number of months. I had previously gone into Freedom Ford's used car center inquiring about trading in a 2005 ford explorer. there were currently no deals that i was interested in upon my first visit. I explained my situation to Mr. Spithakis on trading in my explorer for something nicer. I made sure he knew that i was not interested in purchasing a vehicle right off the hop because they (at first) didn't have what i was looking for specifically. I spent a number of hours with Mr. Spithakis going over current deals and options. I was quite impressed with Jason's positive energy towards helping me regardless of the fact he knew that i wasn't going to buy that day. i explained to him what i was looking for and asked him to keep an eye out for what i wanted and to contact me if he found anything. 4 months later he contacted me regarding a vehicle that was exactly what i had described to him previously. I was totally blown away by the fact that he remembered considering i almost forgot myself. I decided to check out what he wanted to show. Turns out this truck was an amazing deal!! The effort the Freedom Ford team showed me was amazing. They were more then happy to help me anything i asked of them even when money wasn't involved. Jason, you are the best sales human being i've ever met. He was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process easy. Once it came to financing, I already had an approval in place from working with various dealerships and knew how much I could afford. The sales manager made sure that the truck worked within my budget by crunching some numbers and bring the price of the truck down some and gave me great trade value on my trade-in vehicle. The whole process took less than 24 hours to complete. Please consider this note a very strong acknowledgment of the Freedom Ford Team. My experience at freedom ford was great. The sales Rep Don was a no stress kind of guy. We went for a test drive and he was very informative about all the features and options available with the car. There was no pushiness, or anything. Don was a great sales Rep, I highly recommend him when you stop by Freedom Ford. I got top dollar for my trade and was very happy about that also. The Sales manager was very friendly and literally asked how much I wanted to pay for the Car. We worked from there. I purchased a new 2014 mustang gt, they had it cleaned, buffed, waiting on the show room floor and ready for my to pick up. There was constant communication between them and myself even after and before they opened. I have never had an experience like this before at a dealership. The Finance Guru Tim, was a great guy to talk to, didn't make you feel any worry about financing, or getting approval. During the wait for getting approval he was the only Finance rep that was at the dealership due to the other members being away. Even tho he was the only man taking care of financial business (excuse the pun) I had my car a day later and he was phoning me with constant updates to inform me that I was never in the dark about my car. I was very pleased with my experience there, so much so that I have already recommended 3 people to go there. If you are looking for a new ford, or even if your not, I recommend that you at least go see how this dealership does business. They really set the bar for the rest.
