I have purchased 2012 Escape and my spouse bought a 2013 F150 and Don assisted us on both purchases. He is very knowledgeable, low pressure, and easy to talk to. I have had nothing but bad luck with the service department from day 1 in 2012. I purchased a 2012 Escape and was charged for etching which I did not have and they lost the etching #'s that were sup department from day 1 in 2012. I had a broken seat belt that took forever to replace and the service forgot to call and say it was in until I called weeks later to follow up. I had the work done and the technician left grease marks on my roof, panels and dirt along my back seat. The dealership advised they would detail it up to look like new. They vacuumed but still missed some of the dirt and grime. Watch your bills and read your invoiced before paying or signing they are always wrong and the staff seems to be flying by the seat of your pants and that makes things extremely ineffective. They rarely stick to their appointment lengths and times and when questioned they compared themselves to that of a hospital and a heart attack patient and that sometimes the cars are more work then they think...well reschedule them in you have other clients whose time is valuable. We since purchased a 2013 truck last week from Don Beckett who is outstanding (in case your looking to buy) so I thought I would give them one more chance and book my next service with them again. I booked it and called back on Monday tried 3 times before finally leaving a message on Monday to reschedule a later time. Today is Thursday and still no call back. We also purchased touch up paint 3-4 weeks ago said it would be in a few days, paid up front and still no call back. I can almost guarantee when I call it will be there. With all the said if your in the market for a new or used vehicle please go see Don Beckett he is very knowledgeable and helpful without the pressure. but if you need service done, go else where they still need to work in that area, not sure they quite have the skills or organizational design established to run an effective service station. An overall excellent experience. The car is for my wife and she was very concerned about driving a six speed as her skills on a manual transmission are not the best. Jake offered to teach her how to drive a manual and took her on Monday, July 22, 2013 for a two hour lesson. This is well above and beyond the call of duty. Price was very fair for the unit. This is the second unit we have purchased from Freedom Ford and both have been exceptional experiences. Jake is absolutely "top shelf" as a sales consultant and we would recomend him without hesitation. Cheers! More

This was my first new car buying experience and I have to say it could not have been more straight forward and relaxed. I came in knowing that I wanted a 2013 Focus ST loaded and Don made sure the Tangerine say it could not have been more straight forward and relaxed. I came in knowing that I wanted a 2013 Focus ST loaded and Don made sure the Tangerine Scream model available was mine. He took me for a couple test drives with no hesitation to begin with, made sure every aspect of the car was top notch and that I understood its benefits. He is a pleasant man to chat to and great to deal with. The actual transaction process took very little time and I am very happy with the deal I received. We worked through the paperwork quickly and sent it off to Tim (business manager) at finance. As I waited for financing approval Tim, Don and another gentleman kept me updated and excited about my purchase. I was chatted with on a regular basis and reassured I was making the a great purchase (although I already knew that). Don and Tim made me feel confident that I would be approved for the 0% finance being offered and I was without issue. The lounge area and the rest of the dealership is comfortable and nice to wait in. After the financing came back approved and my insurance came in the general manager signed off on me taking the car home the same day and allowing me to do my own first clean (bonding process). Don walked me around the parts and servicing department, introduced me to one of the servicing reps who was my contact and made sure I was aware of everything the Freedom had to offer. Don was thorough in showing me through my new Focus ST and explaining the documentation and other features provided with the car. Overall I left very pleased with the whole experience and look forward to seeing how the post transaction care goes. Thanks very much Don & Freedom team! Ryan McGrath More
Service was beyond our expectations! Jason drove 2 hours after work to our trailer, in a stormy and rainy night, to deliver our car to us!
