My overall experience working with Andre was a positive one. I spent a several days researching different makes and models and with today's car market the decision on what to purchase was not an easy. I one. I spent a several days researching different makes and models and with today's car market the decision on what to purchase was not an easy. I sent emails out to several dealerships requesting further information and based on responses I was able to narrow my choices down to two dealerships. After visiting both dealers I was most impressed with Andre's willingness to take the time to talk about different options within my price range. In the end I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at a price I felt was very fair. Most important to me, there was not a lot of going back and forth haggling over price and no up-sale pressure to add a bunch of options I wasn't really interested in. Thanks Andre and yes I would recommend you and your dealership to others who are looking for their next vehicle. David More

I think everyone considering buying a vehicle at Freedom Ford should look/ask for Jason Spithakis. He was truly a HUGE help . My car flooded a few months back and I have been on the vehicle hunt ever since Ford should look/ask for Jason Spithakis. He was truly a HUGE help . My car flooded a few months back and I have been on the vehicle hunt ever since . Going to what felt like every dealership in the city and constantly dealing with people that are pushy and intimidating to me as I have never bought off a lot before. Freedom Ford was our last stop and I couldn’t be happier that I found Jason he was completely different . he welcomed us with a smile and got into showing us some things right away. Quickly I found something that was in my budget and Jason went to work getting everything in order . It was close to closing time but Jason stuck around to help us out. The next day when purchasing the vehicle Jason again met us at the dealership even though it was well past his shift being over . I can’t explain enough how easy the whole process was and he made me very comfortable with my decision since he was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Ford Edge I purchased. Overall after dealing with business and buying a vehicle I feel like I made a friend and someone I can count on and look to for assistance if ever needed . I couldn’t be happier and if anyone Is considering buying a vehicle I HIGHLY recommend seeing Jason! :) More

For the most part my experience was great dealing at Freedom. The only thing I was not able to give a perfect score for was for "Quality of Work". The reason is because although the truck looked great w Freedom. The only thing I was not able to give a perfect score for was for "Quality of Work". The reason is because although the truck looked great with my eyes, I got home and realized that the truck was really only surfaced cleaned, to apeal to the eye. I wiped the steering wheel down and my cloth was BLACK! this lead to further cleaning and it was the same with cleaning the seats etc. I removed and had to clean all the compartments and found upon lifting the cup holders there was still coffee spilled underneath. I continued and removed all the cup holder areas down to the very base and found an absolute mess of god only knows what underneath. So I ended up putting in a good couple hours doing what I felt your detailing shop should have done in the first place. Like I said, everything else was great. Jake had the perfect balance of doing a sales job, without the high pressure sales jobs and sales "talk", which is the ONLY reason I continued to look as I really had no intention what so ever on purchasing a big truck at that time. We were looking at it in perhaps 2014. Had I received the typical used car salesman, I would have done a 180 and left immediately. Great job Jake! I have had nothing but bad luck with the service department from day 1 in 2012. I purchased a 2012 Escape and was charged for etching which I did not have and they lost the etching #'s that were sup department from day 1 in 2012. I purchased a 2012 Escape and was charged for etching which I did not have and they lost the etching #'s that were suppose to be on it. I had a broken seat belt that took forever to replace and the service forgot to call and say it was in until I called weeks later to follow up. I had the work done and the technician left grease marks on my roof, panels and dirt along my back seat. The dealership advised they would detail it up to look like new. They vacuumed but still missed some of the dirt and grime. Watch your bills and read your invoiced before paying or signing they are always wrong and the staff seems to be flying by the seat of your pants and that makes things extremely ineffective. They rarely stick to their appointment lengths and times and when questioned they compared themselves to that of a hospital and a heart attack patient and that sometimes the cars are more work then they think...well reschedule them in you have other clients whose time is valuable. We since purchased a 2013 truck last week from Don Beckett who is outstanding (in case your looking to buy) so I thought I would give them one more chance and book my next service with them again. I booked it and called back on Monday tried 3 times before finally leaving a message on Monday to reschedule a later time. Today is Thursday and still no call back. We also purchased touch up paint 3-4 weeks ago said it would be in a few days, paid up front and still no call back. I can almost guarantee when I call it will be there. With all the said if your in the market for a new or used vehicle please go see Don Beckett he is very knowledgeable and helpful without the pressure. but if you need service done, go else where they still need to work in that area, not sure they quite have the skills or organizational design established to run an effective service station. An overall excellent experience. The car we were looking at is somewhat of a speciality item (2004 Mustang Cobra SVT) and Jake was super knowledgeable about the car and the history of this particular unit. at is somewhat of a speciality item (2004 Mustang Cobra SVT) and Jake was super knowledgeable about the car and the history of this particular unit. The car is for my wife and she was very concerned about driving a six speed as her skills on a manual transmission are not the best. Jake offered to teach her how to drive a manual and took her on Monday, July 22, 2013 for a two hour lesson. This is well above and beyond the call of duty. Price was very fair for the unit. This is the second unit we have purchased from Freedom Ford and both have been exceptional experiences. Jake is absolutely "top shelf" as a sales consultant and we would recomend him without hesitation. Cheers! More
