My overall experience working with Andre was a positive one. I spent a several days researching different makes and models and with today's car market the decision on what to purchase was not an easy. I one. I sent emails out to several dealerships requesting further information and based on responses I was able to narrow my choices down to two dealerships. After visiting both dealers I was most impressed with Andre's willingness to take the time to talk about different options within my price range. In the end I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at a price I felt was very fair. Most important to me, there was not a lot of going back and forth haggling over price and no up-sale pressure to add a bunch of options I wasn't really interested in. Going to what felt like every dealership in the city and constantly dealing with people that are pushy and intimidating to me as I have never bought off a lot before. Freedom Ford was our last stop and I couldn’t be happier that I found Jason he was completely different . he welcomed us with a smile and got into showing us some things right away. Quickly I found something that was in my budget and Jason went to work getting everything in order . It was close to closing time but Jason stuck around to help us out. The next day when purchasing the vehicle Jason again met us at the dealership even though it was well past his shift being over . I can’t explain enough how easy the whole process was and he made me very comfortable with my decision since he was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Ford Edge I purchased. Overall after dealing with business and buying a vehicle I feel like I made a friend and someone I can count on and look to for assistance if ever needed .
