We have dealt with Freedom Ford before, so when we needed to replace my car that is where we headed. Jake was very friendly and helpful with getting us the car we wanted. We had a great experience with Stephen at Freedom Ford. We found a used truck that we really liked online. We called Stephen to ensure that it was still available. It was, but it was in high demand, so we hurried down to the dealership. Stephen was great to deal with from the very beginning. He was very honest, polite and knowledgeable. He made the experience very smooth. We were able to test drive the vehicle, work out a deal, pay and drive it off the lot all within a few hours. We would highly recommend Freedom Ford and the sales expertise of Stephen. Special shout out to the gentleman in finance as well.. thanks for finding us a great deal on our extended warranty. More

I went into Freedom Ford and met with Andre after a few different text conversations regarding their Focus ST model. Andre kept me well informed regarding the current status of the car as it was in transit different text conversations regarding their Focus ST model. Andre kept me well informed regarding the current status of the car as it was in transit when I first inquired about it. As soon as it landed and the pre-destination inspection was completed, Andre called me up right away and got me in to test drive it. Andre was not only knowledgeable about the car but you could tell he had a passion for driving it as well. After the test drive, Andre led into the sales conversation and negotiations very seemlessly and none of it felt pressured at all. We nailed down some numbers that made it a fair deal for both parties involved and I completed the sale within 2 hours of walking through the door. All I can say is that Andre provided me with a great service from the first inquiry e-mail right until I drove the car off the lot. He never lied, never tried to pull Go Auto xx sales tactics, he was just straight up from the beginning and made it extremely easy to purchase this car. I highly recommend Freedom Ford and specifically, Andre. Go see him and you will not be disappointed. More

Andre was fantastic to deal with. He made sure we knew what was going on at every step of the process. We knew what we wanted going in, but he went through everything to make sure we knew what we were get what was going on at every step of the process. I had a great experience there . I was looking for something that was in my price range ask to look at a ford escape. Was for a test drive loved the futures in the car.
