Thank you Jake for a great car buying experience; I'm loving my Nissan Juke! The negotiations were easy; no high pressure sales at this dealership like I encountered at numerous others. Going to Freedom Ford and dealing with Jake was like a breath of fresh air, completely stress free. Jake was very friendly, helpful and laid back which I appreciated. The pricing beat all of the other dealerships that I looked at and I bought the car at a very fair price. When I picked up my "new" used car it was cleaned perfectly inside and out. I would highly recommend Freedom Ford and visiting Jake Plots. I actually walked away with my purchase extremely pleased with my experience at freedom Ford. My sales guy was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicles. Excellent experience. Easy and straightforward to deal with. This was not the typical used car buying experience. They went above and beyond in terms of service. As the car was not a Ford, they even got the car inspected at the manufacturer’s dealership to ensure it was inspected properly. Cannot say enough good things about dealing with Freedom Ford. More

I bought my Ford Edge about 2 weeks ago and I am loving it so far. Andre was very helpful and friendly when I first met him at the dealer to vehicle delivery. I appreciated his non-pressure approach and ma it so far. Andre was very helpful and friendly when I first met him at the dealer to vehicle delivery. I appreciated his non-pressure approach and made me feel welcome. After signing the lease agreement late Saturday (after business was closed) , they checked my credit score on Moday and I was able to drive away with the car on the same day! What a quick turnaround! Andre even drove me to registry to register car and get a plate. I appreciate the all the help he gave me and quick service to meet my need. p.s. I called Andre after I locked myself out of the car and he even looked up the car code to allow me to get into the car! Great after service. More

I had a great overall experience purchasing an used vehicle from Freedom Ford. The staff was excellent, Stephen was very accommendating in letting me try different vehicles to see which one was the bes vehicle from Freedom Ford. They had a good selection of clean vehicles with very low kilometers that were priced alot better than their competitors. I was very satified with my purchase and will recommend that any one looking for a high quality used car to check them out. More
