Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove. I had a few non-negotiables in terms of things I needed in a vehicle - excellent fuel economy and good trunk space. Jake presented the pros and cons of a couple vehicles and suggested some possible alternatives I had not considered. I really appreciated this as I had not shopped for a new vehicle in 10 years and the technology and features have changed dramatically. Jake was pleasant, friendly and responsive without being overbearing or pushy. He stayed in touch daily, always had the vehicle ready when I came to test drive, and even stayed later when I was late arriving. These are things that made the experience positive. I test drove the exact same vehicle at another dealership and the experience was dramatically different. Jake's knowledge, friendliness and willingness to make a deal that worked for me was worth every penny. I would strongly recommend Jake and Freedom Ford to anyone considering a pre-owned vehicle. When I first called and wanted information on trading my older Taurus for a newer one (upgrading) I was transferred to Andre and I have a way of telling a good guy to deal with by the way he talked to me in older Taurus for a newer one (upgrading) I was transferred to Andre and I have a way of telling a good guy to deal with by the way he talked to me in a very convincing and assured way to get me to come in and have a look at what they had to offer. I walked in and found myself at home on a chair and was greeted by a very honest face. Andre proved to be a good salesman and not pushy and gave me the prices of the Taurus's I was interested in. Not once did he feed any sales pitches and as I sat in his office I could see he was a family man with good certificates. He had friendly conversation with me and any question I had both of the purchase and the ins and outs of my new Taurus. Not once was I nervous of upgrading my monthly payments around him and when he came back with a deal I couldn't refuse the Taurus was in my hands along with keys! He washed it and put fuel in for me and then sat me in the car to explain how everything worked. He helped take all of belongings (5yrs of stuff lol) out of the old car and package it up in only a shirt on cool winter day. All around my whole experience with Andre makes hi a top guy for selling cars. I appreciated everything he did for me and if I need help with anything with the car, all I have to do is call. Freedom Ford, please give this guy a bonus, he deserves it. Thank you and I will return when I want to trade up again to 75 and 75 in Edmonton! I love my new Taurus, an amazing car. :) More

The options we wanted to add did take a few weeks to be installed, but Wilf communicated with me frequently and provided excellent customer service. I was happy they accommodated my pickup schedule, and the car was clean and ready when I came to pick it up. I was given a very good tutorial on the vehicle's functions, and was extremely happy with my experience. I would recommend the dealership to others looking to purchase a used car. More

Our experience at Freedom Ford was great. We came with a certain vehicle in mind and Jake showed it to us. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable about this vehicle. When I came back to pick up the vehicle he got in the car with me and walked me through all the special features again, he synced my phone and gave me lots of quick tips. He also encouraged me to call him if I was having trouble especially figuring out the navigation system. The people in fiancé were great also. Friendly and quick. Overall a wonderful experience. More
