The service at Freedom Ford was fast and friendly...I called a head to let them know what I was interested in and they had the vehicles ready for me to test out when I showed up. Went to a couple different dealerships and the agents were not able to "capture" what we were looking for. Walked in with Daryl, within 15 min, he found us the exact vehicle that we had in mind. He was not a greasy sales guy and I honestly think he cared about our needs. He worked within our budget without prematurely trying to increase it on us. We were not planning on making a purchase that evening but we walked out with a new vehicle. We are extremely happy with Daryl as our sales rep! We also delt with John (the finance guy) excellent, knew his numbers and was excellent at explaining the benefits of the different warranties. He's not pushy to make a sale, and he's up front about a vehicle's features, pricing, history, etc. I told him of the truck I was interested in that was available on the lot. We set up a time to test drive, and within a couple of hours of the appointment, we had a wicked deal written up on an awesome truck. We bought our trade from Freedom Ford, two and a half years prior. Our positive experience with the staff is definitely what brought us back, and we were not disappointed this time around, either. We will be back again for sure. More
