I highly recommend Jason Spithakis if you are going to buy a vehicle. After searching the used lots around Edmonton extensively, we came to Freedom Ford and met Jason. Not only did he immediately meet all buy a vehicle. After searching the used lots around Edmonton extensively, we came to Freedom Ford and met Jason. Not only did he immediately meet all of my needs for a vehicle, he exceeded my expectations and found me add-ons I didn't think were possible. Furthermore, when a problem was found in the truck the first week, he quickly gave me a free rental car and had the problem rectified in 1 day. From the beginning it was great dealing with Jake on my Ford F-150. I very much appreciated the extra time that Jake spent with us on our new vehicle. All the new gadgets! I have to say with my current situation I honestly thought that it would be very difficult and endless of paper work to get a car and with the help of Andre I had a car and drove out of there in less thought that it would be very difficult and endless of paper work to get a car and with the help of Andre I had a car and drove out of there in less than 3 hours. With exactly what I wanted. Best car buying experience I have had in years. Thanks for that. Will consider a Ford again. Good job Andre. More

Unlike like every other dealership that I want to. Andre was honest with me. With my tight schedule. it was hard for me to always be on top of everything. But with Andre I didn't need to be. He took care of everything I needed and made sure it was the best option for me. After a few meeting. Andre walked me throught most of the sale while I was traveling back and forth between Edmonton and Fort McMurray. Constantly keeping me updated and sending me photos when I requested it. I still camt believe the price I paid just amazing. Andre is now family and I would recommend if you are ever looking for vehicle assistance. He is the man to go to. This dealership and the employees are both wonderful to deal with! There is great communication between all levels of management and a great atmosphere. My experience with Steve really has made an impact on how I view other dealerships. He is always positive, very open with what is happening and always considerate of what I am looking for.He is always available to answer any questions I have about any type of vehicle. His timeliness in returning calls is wonderful as well.
