We worked with Don Beckett from the Sales team and John Melo and Tim Dromarsky in the finance team and they are the reason we bought from the dealership. Don was honest, patient and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of the sale. We called in advance and he had the exact color and trim we were looking for set up for a test drive when we got to the dealership. He also walked us through all of our options and didn’t try to get us to add any options that we wouldn’t use or didn’t need. He was also extremely responsive to questions, knew everything there was to know about the car, and made the process very easy. Freedom's finance team was also outstanding. We have been in Canada for less than 2 years so we have not had time to build allot of credit. While many other dealers either ignored us or promised us the world only to deliver a deal that didn’t make sense, John told us up front what to expect, didn’t try to scare or patronize us and delivered a deal that was better than he promised. Tim then explained the agreement and answered our questions about what everything meant down to the penny. The dealership even had the car regsitered for us which saved us time and energy and was a bonus after we agreed to the sale. We had an extremely positive experience with Freedom Ford and would happily recommend them to friends or colleagues. More

We are moving to Calgary in the fall and I will probably continue to bring my vehicle in for servicing to this dealership as I can't see any other dealer providing this level of service. More

It literally took just under a week between my insurance and Don to get into a new f150 fx4. Anything I wanted to get done or was looking for Don got it done no question ask and he didn't complain or push me off to the side because he didn't want to get the request done. I am so impressed with his professionalism and dedication to get me into something I wanted. Not just push my sale. He even came in on his day off just make sure I got everything I needed. Last week I purchased a used 2013 Expedition Max and traded my older 2008 F250 truck in at the same time. From the time I enquired online, to the time I actually drove the Expedition away was only about four hours. Andre Jespersen was my contact at Freedom Ford and treated me honestly, provided me with all the information I requested (Car Proof reports, vehicle maintenance history and inspection reports). He gave me his full attention and gave me time to think about things without being aggressive or pushy in any way. Probably the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with. Anna Marrazzo in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with and she made sure that all the financing paperwork was completed in a short amount of time which allowed me to drive off with the new vehicle before the end of the business day. Overall, my purchasing experience was very positive and I have full intentions of getting all my service work completed at Freedom Ford in the future.
