Last week I purchased a used 2013 Expedition Max and traded my older 2008 F250 truck in at the same time. From the time I enquired online, to the time I actually drove the Expedition away was only about four hours. Andre Jespersen was my contact at Freedom Ford and treated me honestly, provided me with all the information I requested (Car Proof reports, vehicle maintenance history and inspection reports). He gave me his full attention and gave me time to think about things without being aggressive or pushy in any way. Probably the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with. Anna Marrazzo in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with and she made sure that all the financing paperwork was completed in a short amount of time which allowed me to drive off with the new vehicle before the end of the business day. Overall, my purchasing experience was very positive and I have full intentions of getting all my service work completed at Freedom Ford in the future. I'm over 50 and its been a long time since I've applied for a car loan...back when they needed a S.I.N. # to access your credit bureau. (which they hadn't asked for yet) Ergo my post vacation credit card was over limit. My visa was declined during deposit process which should have been a trigger for them to suggest dealing with this before they started the credit poke. I"VE learned patience and was in no rush to complete deal. So even though I went directly home to make a payment online....they were faster than me. Ouch! So don't start looking at vehicles before your finances are in order just in case you find the the car/truck of your dreams and a Salesman that you are More than HAPPY to work with... (I'd met several)!!!! Now to the really really really GREAT stuff... This isn't a review about the "GO" guys but in comparison to them Jake xxxxxxoutshines every salesman I met during my tie kicking, salesman shopping days. Jakes attributes; Non Judgemental- This white haired ol' lesbian shows up in her beat up "87 ford pickup (my supposed "reliable" 05' SUV still in repair shop for 3rd time with same issue, obviously the trade in )then was treated like a interested purchaser with respect. The other guys made you feel they were closing their eyes as the as they honing in on the only food in the shark tank. Non Pushy- Never once made me feel that it was this vehicle i just "had" to purchase . It was what I wanted MY choice . Not like the "Go" guys that had me "holding"a truck that was merely ok... with the gimmick I might win it. (sucker) Understanding- Very! Compassionate- Very!!! Jake helped me handle the long drawn out ordeal of getting that "reliable" trade in to them. Two (yes two) calls to AMA one to get it BACK to the repair shop after the fix and driving in for my trade... and the second tow directly to Freedom Ford after stalling 5 times enroute again. Where they accepted my running "un"-reliable trade in. Thanks for listening Jake! Thorough- Paper work completed, but more importantly all that high tech stuff of my cockpit Jake took the time to go through on delivery with me. and with the relationship we developed I feel comfortable with the offer to come back and see him if I have any questions! and yes . I would Highly Recommend these folks to any of my friends and family !!! I've been to freedom for a couple oil changes, a tsb and a recall on my '13 Focus ST and every time I visit Roxanne welcomes me in with a smile and go I've been to freedom for a couple oil changes, a tsb and a recall on my '13 Focus ST and every time I visit Roxanne welcomes me in with a smile and good attitude. She's busy but well organized and great at what she does. She's definitely an asset to the service team and part of the reason I recommend Freedom's service department to my fellow ST owners. When my car was in for a couple things and it took longer than the day Roxanne lined up a nice rental from Enterprise for me without issue. When I stick around for my oil changes I spend my time in the diner upstairs which is a great place to relax and enjoy a good bite to eat from the lady running the kitchen. She makes a great breakfast. So far it's been a great service experience and a dealer I will consistently recommend to my fellow Ford owners. Go see Roxanne! More
