Last week I purchased a used 2013 Expedition Max and traded my older 2008 F250 truck in at the same time. From the time I enquired online, to the time I actually drove the Expedition away was only about four hours. Andre Jespersen was my contact at Freedom Ford and treated me honestly, provided me with all the information I requested (Car Proof reports, vehicle maintenance history and inspection reports). He gave me his full attention and gave me time to think about things without being aggressive or pushy in any way. Probably the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with. Anna Marrazzo in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with and she made sure that all the financing paperwork was completed in a short amount of time which allowed me to drive off with the new vehicle before the end of the business day.
