Jason Spithakis, our sales person, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the vehicles and he took We bought a beautiful 2014 Ford Escape yesterday. Jason Spithakis, our sales person, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the vehicles and he took time to understand our needs. We appreciated getting real information about our choices and he even provided a list of comparable vehicles (with prices) at other dealerships. The Escape was well-priced and Jason didn't pressure us to make snap decisions. He and Anna Marrazzo were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and we're definitely satisfied customers. More

Best Customer Service Bar None! We just purchased a 2013 Boss 302 Mustang from Freedom Ford and dealt exclusively with Roman Przybla who was so great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us updated on the status of the inspections required on the car. (We are in Calgary). The car was ready to go exactly when they promised it would be. The entire team at Freedom Ford were awesome to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends looking for a new or used car. It was definitely worth the drive to Edmonton! Best customer service I ever received Used to get all my service done from another dealership, but Freedom is really close to my new job so I decided to give it a try. I am kind of picky o Used to get all my service done from another dealership, but Freedom is really close to my new job so I decided to give it a try. I am kind of picky on my car and I try to take it in for every little issue since it's a new car. Robyn was the first service advisor that helped me, and I always look for her since then. She is always very friendly and patient. I took my car in so many times to fix my car's jammed CD player, leaky sunroof, loose handles, fault sensor, fault keyfob and so on. Shame on Ford to have so many issues but Robyn is great with her customer. Every time I brought my car in she understood what's my concern and always get is fixed. Never seen another advisor who is more patient with her customer. If you are looking for a friendly and professional service advisor, I would recommend Robyn @ Freedom Ford for sure. BTW service manager Jason is also a nice gentleman to deal with. Don Ross from sales is nice to talk to if you are bored while waiting. Sum it up,Great job Robyn!Great job Freedom! Thanks guys! More

Our last 2 have been new Ford Edges, and previously we had a Ranger and Taurus. The latest purchase was a result of a serious accident my wife was involved in. The Edge preformed above our expectations in providing a safe enviorment for my wife in the accident. Wilf along with Ken & James took care of all our needs. The dealership may not be as loud as other dealerships, but that can be because they don't have to. They walk the talk! Wilf may not own the dealership, but in the care and integrity he demonstrates, you would think he does. These folks are the best! While towing our 5th wheel with our F250 diesel from Grande Prairie, the ubiquitous "Check Engine" light comes on and something doesn't sound right in While towing our 5th wheel with our F250 diesel from Grande Prairie, the ubiquitous "Check Engine" light comes on and something doesn't sound right in the engine. Naturally we're worried and stressed as we live in Pincher Creek and are still a long way from home. I tried four other Ford dealers in Edmonton and not one of them would even consider helping us. Freedom Ford was busy, but booked us in right away and we dropped off the truck. Roxanne called me back later to tell me that their tech had identified the problem and it was an easy enough fix, but they lacked the part and would have it by tomorrow. What a relief! To my surprise, Roxanne called back near the end of the day to say they had acquired the part and the truck was fixed! Not only that, but the whole thing was covered by warranty! Throughout the whole experience Roxanne was a simply wonderful person to work with. She took our problem to heart, was pleasant and personable, and put us at ease. You simply can't do better than Freedom Ford, these guys are the best! More
