Because we were from out of town, we couldn't see the vehicle right away, but Roman was great at giving us all the information we could and would need. When we bought the vehicle, all of the staff at Freedom Ford were very friendly and kind to our two small boys. They were also very helpful in setting up the bluetooth and all the other technologies in our new car. Tim, in financing, was very quick and efficient and didn't pressure us in purchasing "extras". It was a fairly stress free experience. We recommend Freedom Ford to anyone looking for a "new" used car. More

Our salesman made sure every detail was taken care of and made it clear that our needs/wants were a priority. He was FAR from your typical schmarmy salesman who's more concerned about his payout than making the customer happy. He put us first and went out of his way to make us happy. The finance manager was excellent and very easy to deal with as well. The entire team worked together effortlessly to make our buying process simple and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership and fully expect to continue to buy my future vehicles from them. More
