There was no unreasonable haggling over price and no hidden agendas - just good, honest, service. Originally, we intended to purchase a previously owned vehicle. Our salesperson, Jason Spithakis, was great to deal with - he quickly learned what our needs were and presented us with the best options available. Similarly, the Used Vehicle Manager, Lino Marrelli, gave us a great price and overall great service. Ultimately, we ended up purchaseing a new vehicle and received the same good service on that side. We didn't plan to purchase that day, but the price/value was so strong that we didn't want to risk losing the opportunity to purchase, so we made the offer that day. The vehicle was ready the next business day on time, fully inspected, undercoated, washed and gassed up. James in the finance department was also pleasant and professional to deal with. We actually enjoyed the purchase experience and are planning to work with Roman to help our daughter buy her first vehicle if they have something suitable. More

Second Oil Change Service I brought my F150 in for it's second oil change a few weeks ago. I accidentally brought the truck into the main maintenance check-in area, when I actu I brought my F150 in for it's second oil change a few weeks ago. I accidentally brought the truck into the main maintenance check-in area, when I actually booked for the express service (I forgot). No issues, as Roxanne politely informed me that I had to go to the express area. My first interaction was with Roxanne, who took the time to talk, ask how I was doing, etc, etc. She even complemented my truck lol. It's rare these days to go in for service and actually have someone focus on the "service" Great job to her! My first oil change service was also great. At that time, I dealt with Jenn, who was very polite and always smiling, and took the time to answer all my questions. Great work to Jenn too. When I got to the express check-in, I dealt with Clarence. Now, I'm a very particular guy, and even though Clarence seemed very busy, he took the time to answer my requests and never got impatient, unlike most service guys. I'm glad I got my truck here, and so far I'm a happy customer. I was also looking at getting a 2014 truck and dealt with Paul G. Even thought I didn't buy, Paul was one of the best sales guys I ever dealt with. He knew his numbers, never pressured me, and he was the only one to say hi and acknowledge me while I was waitng for my truck to be serviced. The timing wasn't right this time, but I'll be sure to get in touch with Paul again when the new F150s are out... More

Finally a professional Ford Dealership in Edmonton Freedom Ford was awesome. First, I talked to Don Beckett over the phone regarding the price on Blue Ford Escape. He told me all of the promotions over the phone and never pressured me to make an immediate decision over the phone. He told me to think about it and take my time on it and call him when ready. Few weeks after my bad experience with Team Ford and few other dealerships, I took a detour to Freedom Ford and found Don. Immediately, we talked about what I was in market for and Don called his Manager , Ken to go over the numbers. Ken was all about full disclosure and really knowledgeable about the promotions that were going on. He told me how my car qualifies for a promotion which Team Ford apparently disqualified. I was so static to get $1,000 off immediately that I would have overpaid with Team Ford. He went further with giving additional discount on car along with a free car starter as well as exemption of documentation fee and immediately, we shook hands on a deal. I got way better options on my car at price of basic options. I was so happy. They took couple of days to roll the car out and I was so happy. Thanks Don Beckett/Ken/James for working on it patiently and diligently. You have made it easy. More
