What I wanted, how I wanted it Jason Spithakis is the reason I bought my wife's vehicle at this location. No pressure, knowledgeable, and a lack of unnecessary crap made this enjoy Jason Spithakis is the reason I bought my wife's vehicle at this location. No pressure, knowledgeable, and a lack of unnecessary crap made this enjoyable. I went to a dozen or more locations around Edmonton to look at used vehicles and they all showed poorly (either too much pressure or lacking in knowledge). I really appreciate that Jason catered to my two dogs and didn't hesitate to have them out on the lot or taken along for the test drive. When I go shopping, I want to look around and get a feel for things, then go talk to somebody. I don't like being followed, hounded, or an endless stream of meaningless words. Jason gave me his card told me where he could be found when I was ready and left me to myself. He listened to what I wanted. Solely based on his approach, I will go back to Freedom Ford for my next vehicle. More

Sometimes buying a new vehicle can be time consuming, frustrating and stressful. Not at Freedom! This is our second vehicle purchase here, and each time has been great. There was no unreasonable haggling over price and no hidden agendas - just good, honest, service. Originally, we intended to purchase a previously owned vehicle. Our salesperson, Jason Spithakis, was great to deal with - he quickly learned what our needs were and presented us with the best options available. Similarly, the Used Vehicle Manager, Lino Marrelli, gave us a great price and overall great service. Ultimately, we ended up purchaseing a new vehicle and received the same good service on that side. Purchase of new 2014 Ford Escape Our original plan was to purchase a used vehicle from the used car dealership at Freedom Ford in Edmonton. When we arrived on the lot, we were met by a warm and friendly gentleman, Roman Przybyla, who showed us around and we took a used 2014 Escape out for a test drive. We were curious as to the prices of new one. Roman asked if we wanted to do a price comparison and have a look at the other 2014s in the new car show room. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle as well as his willingness to ask when he wasn't sure of some of the details. Even though Roman is attached the used car sales-department, he continued to see us through the entire process and through to the delivery of our new vehicle. The day following delivery, he gave us a phone call just as a follow up to make sure everything was ok and that we were satisfied. We want to thank Roman for his patience and professionalism in helping us purchase a brand new 2014 Ford Escape and would look forward to dealing with him in the future! More

Professional and Honest Sales Consultant We found our gently used SUV online and then visited the car lot. We didn't plan to purchase that day, but the price/value was so strong that we didn't want to risk losing the opportunity to purchase, so we made the offer that day. The vehicle was ready the next business day on time, fully inspected, undercoated, washed and gassed up. James in the finance department was also pleasant and professional to deal with. We actually enjoyed the purchase experience and are planning to work with Roman to help our daughter buy her first vehicle if they have something suitable. More

Second Oil Change Service I brought my F150 in for it's second oil change a few weeks ago. I accidentally brought the truck into the main maintenance check-in area, when I actu I brought my F150 in for it's second oil change a few weeks ago. I accidentally brought the truck into the main maintenance check-in area, when I actually booked for the express service (I forgot). No issues, as Roxanne politely informed me that I had to go to the express area. My first interaction was with Roxanne, who took the time to talk, ask how I was doing, etc, etc. She even complemented my truck lol. It's rare these days to go in for service and actually have someone focus on the "service" Great job to her! My first oil change service was also great. At that time, I dealt with Jenn, who was very polite and always smiling, and took the time to answer all my questions. Great work to Jenn too. When I got to the express check-in, I dealt with Clarence. Now, I'm a very particular guy, and even though Clarence seemed very busy, he took the time to answer my requests and never got impatient, unlike most service guys. I'm glad I got my truck here, and so far I'm a happy customer. I was also looking at getting a 2014 truck and dealt with Paul G. Even thought I didn't buy, Paul was one of the best sales guys I ever dealt with. He knew his numbers, never pressured me, and he was the only one to say hi and acknowledge me while I was waitng for my truck to be serviced. The timing wasn't right this time, but I'll be sure to get in touch with Paul again when the new F150s are out... More
