I explained to Jason Spithakis what I was looking for, I gave him all the same points I gave his predecessors, and instead of wildly and franticly trying to sell me anything he could, he listened and provided. Where other dealers will look at you like prey, Jason just wants to give you what you want at a great price. He's even willing to go the extra mile to get you through the logistics; such as picking you up after work to go through registries so you can have your vehicle as soon as possible. No pressure, knowledgeable, and a lack of unnecessary crap made this enjoy Jason Spithakis is the reason I bought my wife's vehicle at this location. I went to a dozen or more locations around Edmonton to look at used vehicles and they all showed poorly (either too much pressure or lacking in knowledge). I really appreciate that Jason catered to my two dogs and didn't hesitate to have them out on the lot or taken along for the test drive. When I go shopping, I want to look around and get a feel for things, then go talk to somebody. I don't like being followed, hounded, or an endless stream of meaningless words. Jason gave me his card told me where he could be found when I was ready and left me to myself. He listened to what I wanted. Purchase of new 2014 Ford Escape Our original plan was to purchase a used vehicle from the used car dealership at Freedom Ford in Edmonton. When we arrived on the lot, we were met by Our original plan was to purchase a used vehicle from the used car dealership at Freedom Ford in Edmonton. When we arrived on the lot, we were met by a warm and friendly gentleman, Roman Przybyla, who showed us around and we took a used 2014 Escape out for a test drive. We were curious as to the prices of new one. Roman asked if we wanted to do a price comparison and have a look at the other 2014s in the new car show room. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle as well as his willingness to ask when he wasn't sure of some of the details. Even though Roman is attached the used car sales-department, he continued to see us through the entire process and through to the delivery of our new vehicle. The day following delivery, he gave us a phone call just as a follow up to make sure everything was ok and that we were satisfied. We want to thank Roman for his patience and professionalism in helping us purchase a brand new 2014 Ford Escape and would look forward to dealing with him in the future! More
