I came to Freedom Ford disillusioned and frustrated with the lack of professionalism I encountered at many dealership's around the Edmonton area... During conversations with many salesman, I was constantly reminded of their awards and the many accolades which they supposedly earned in the vehicle market. I came to quickly realize that if the "rubber had actually hit the road"in many of the vehicle's that were being promoted to me, I would have been very upset and disappointed. I just wanted a good used vehicle for a good price - Pretty simple and straight forward so I thought.... My one last shot at a vehicle purchase was given to Freedom Ford. I have had a couple of colleagues who had a great experience at Freedom Ford. I spoke directly to the used car manager who put me in touch with Jason Spithakis. From this time on my used car buying experience turned positive. Jason worked very hard find me a good truck, a truck which fit my criteria and one that would be worth my hard earned money. Jason was forthcoming with information, responded to my every request, was professional and competent. I call him a "unicorn". A car salesmen who actually gives a sh#t about customer satisfaction, strives to to the best job possible and wants his customers to drive away satisfied. Quick and painless I walked into Freedom Ford with an instantaneous good feeling, "This was the place." I explained to Jason Spithakis what I was looking for, I gave him all the same points I gave his predecessors, and instead of wildly and franticly trying to sell me anything he could, he listened and provided. Where other dealers will look at you like prey, Jason just wants to give you what you want at a great price. He's even willing to go the extra mile to get you through the logistics; such as picking you up after work to go through registries so you can have your vehicle as soon as possible. Jason was breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Honestly good to go. More
