Car shopping can be FUN!! On previous visits to other dealers, I had to deal with sale people who didn't really listen to what I needed and/or tried to push me beyond my budget On previous visits to other dealers, I had to deal with sale people who didn't really listen to what I needed and/or tried to push me beyond my budget. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to going to yet another dealership. A friend had recommended that I talk to Jason at Freedom Ford, and I am very happy I did. Not only did he find me a car that I love, he actually listened to me and found something within my budget. All in all it was not only a stress free visit, I also had fun. :) More

Following his advice, and the Ford maintenance schedule faithfully, has paid off with reliable transportation. Clarence coaches his staff well, and is a hands on kind of service manager who takes care of the little details on my behalf. The vehicle was done within an hour as promised and everyone was friendly and helpful; a pleasant departure from my years of BMW service which always involved long line-ups, delays and a full day of waiting regardless of the work required. They were both extremely helpful with any and all questions I had and that goes the same for Ann-Mary in Finance (10 min. in and out). Would highly recommend Freedom Ford to anybody looking for a great used vehicle. When I was leaving with my SUV I noticed the low tire light was on Jason took me over to the service bay checked all tires on knees with suit on lol. Great Job Guys. Thanks Stan More

I came to Freedom Ford disillusion By the time I contacted Freedom Ford and spoke with Lino, I was about ready to never buy another vehicle again.... I came to Freedom Ford disillusioned and frustrated with the lack of professionalism I encountered at many dealership's around the Edmonton area... During conversations with many salesman, I was constantly reminded of their awards and the many accolades which they supposedly earned in the vehicle market. I came to quickly realize that if the "rubber had actually hit the road"in many of the vehicle's that were being promoted to me, I would have been very upset and disappointed. I just wanted a good used vehicle for a good price - Pretty simple and straight forward so I thought.... My one last shot at a vehicle purchase was given to Freedom Ford. I have had a couple of colleagues who had a great experience at Freedom Ford. I spoke directly to the used car manager who put me in touch with Jason Spithakis. From this time on my used car buying experience turned positive. Jason worked very hard find me a good truck, a truck which fit my criteria and one that would be worth my hard earned money. Jason was forthcoming with information, responded to my every request, was professional and competent. I call him a "unicorn". A car salesmen who actually gives a xxxx about customer satisfaction, strives to to the best job possible and wants his customers to drive away satisfied. Thank-you Jason for not only getting me into a vehicle that I am truly satisfied with, but also for the personal touches like taking me to the registry office, making me that "perfect" cup of coffee and all the after sale care which has made my entire experience with Freedom Ford a positive and productive. Caused more problems then fixed We recently contacted Freedom Ford to see if they help us with our motor home for an ABS light and squeaky brakes, which they assured us they could. We recently contacted Freedom Ford to see if they help us with our motor home for an ABS light and squeaky brakes, which they assured us they could. A couple days after dropping the unit off they advised there was nothing they could do, and when I went to pick the unit up I was presented a bill for over $450.....to fix nothing! To make matters worse, when I went to pull out of their parking lot I noticed the fridge door open so I went to close it only to discover the shelf on the door had been broken and taped back together. I immediately presented this to Ford who denied any involvement with the damage. The service manager then advised that there staff always tells them of any damages caused, and they always repair any damage they have caused. Well definitely not the case here. I have a great dealings with both the new and used sales departments with Freedom, but given this recent experience I will be moving my business as I can not support owners that allow this type of service. Update! After posting my review I was contacted by Freedom Ford, and after a short discussion I was mailed a refund for half of my bill for the inconvenience. It was unfortunate it took this review to get a reply, but it got the issue before the right people and I am happy they worked to resolve my concern. They have restored some faith in Freedom. More
