They worked through pricing and really made the experience easy and smooth. I didn't feel like anything was forced upon me or that I was pressured to make any impulsive decisions. Everything was explained thoroughly and I left there feeling really great about my purchase. Paul followed up with me to see how everything was going a couple of weeks after purchase and was really genuine. Flash forward to now. My vehicle has just had it's first service for a couple of recall notices and an Oil Change. Roxanne was fabulous. She was really friendly, funny, and nice. She made sure everything was set up for me so I wouldn't have to pay for the recall checks and she called me and she was spot on in giving me a timeframe for my vehicle to be serviced. When I went to pick it up she went through everything that had been done and made sure I had no concerns. Overall, an awesome experience. I will definitely bring my vehicle back and Roxanne will be my first call. More
