purchasing a vehicle from another province made easy I made the decision to move from the Northwest Territories and get a vehicle for my trip, I looked around on the website and found a couple of trucks I made the decision to move from the Northwest Territories and get a vehicle for my trip, I looked around on the website and found a couple of trucks I was interested in and emailed them to Freedom Ford and Roman emailed me back promptly. We went from there in selecting my vehicle and i went with a Ford F-150, I assumed it might be a bit of a problem purchasing a vehicle from another place with all the paper work but Roman and Anna took care of everything and the process was easy and stress free. When I got to Edmonton to pick up my new truck all I had to do was pretty much sign some papers and I was off! Roman also helped out with questions I had with my truck while I was traveling, great experience! More

Knowledgeable service technicians do it right the first time, (more especially the diesel techs ! ). I know they may not be the cheapest in comparison to other (non-Ford) garages, but these guys work on Fords day in and day out, able to trouble-shoot a lot quicker (and perform higher quality repair work) than most. Thus savings in the long run. The down time is less in comparison to other local shops, allowing me to operate a "truck dependant" company more efficient . I would also encourage visitors to have a meal at the cafe upstairs, excellent eats.!!!! A full belly and a fresh oil change = one happy camper, see you in 5000km. More

Right from the beginning Jason was consistently friendly, spoke lingo I could understand, and punctual. I loved that my test drive was super toasty warm and ready for me! I really appreciated his intuitive nature and responsiveness to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I could mention something in passing about a quality or feature I liked and wished my new vehicle had and he remembered it! Jason went above and beyond with customer service (and might I add, makes the tastiest coffee ever!) and it honestly felt very reassuring to have him walk me through the entire process all the way from the funnest test drive I've had to trading in my vehicle for a super brag worthy deal and driving out of the lot in my like-new shiny 2014 Ford Focus SE. I need to give kudos to the staff at Freedom Ford who radiated real positive vibes. I felt like I was sitting down with family. Everyone clicked so well. Anna worked magic within my budget and was extremely friendly and I didn't feel discouraged despite having previous financial hiccups. She also taught me quite a bit. In closing.. I love, love, LOVE my new car and I must mention absolutely amused with the EcoMode display which is available to give feedback on my driving habits. It is the coolest thing - 5/5 petals baby, yeah! **make an appointment for a test drive and have Jason Spithakis show you this neat Ford technology** All in all, my dad approved. Enough said – haha. The hard part was deciding what I wanted, and then convincing myself that this used vehicle would satisfy my desires more than the new vehicles I had been looking at. Roman provided lots of information on the vehicle that helped. Jake and Roman's friendly and low pressure approach, from my first visit, to the test drive and through to the sale agreement, made the process pleasant. They worked through pricing and really made the experience easy and smooth. I didn't feel like anything was forced upon me or that I was pressured to make any impulsive decisions. Everything was explained thoroughly and I left there feeling really great about my purchase. Paul followed up with me to see how everything was going a couple of weeks after purchase and was really genuine. Flash forward to now. My vehicle has just had it's first service for a couple of recall notices and an Oil Change. Roxanne was fabulous. She was really friendly, funny, and nice. She made sure everything was set up for me so I wouldn't have to pay for the recall checks and she called me and she was spot on in giving me a timeframe for my vehicle to be serviced. When I went to pick it up she went through everything that had been done and made sure I had no concerns. Overall, an awesome experience. I will definitely bring my vehicle back and Roxanne will be my first call. More

He stayed in touch constantly and messaged me past closing time on Saturday letting me know that he found the exact car I was looking for. Finance team worked hard on getting me a good interest rate. Documents were ready before I got there and my brand new Escape was clean, warm and waiting for me. I spent minimal time at the dealership and love my new purchase.
