My experience with Freedom Ford was the best I ever had. Dealing with Darrell Robinson was a pleasure. He made my car shopping an amazing experience. He made me feel important and I felt like he wasn't just there to sale me a car, he cared about my situation and made sure I got into the right vehicle for my needs in a price I could afford. This is my 1st Ford vehicle and I feel I made the right choice with Freedom Ford. Thank you Darrell for all your help, we love our Escape :) More

The wonderful staff at Freedom Ford (especially Jason) helped me to find an affordable used vehicle and when the car I wanted was more than I could afford they helped me make my dream car happen. I am so happy I didn't have to settle considering this is such a long term purchase. Jason was amazing! Genuine, friendly, understanding. He helped me in my time of need and really turned my horrible month into a great and exciting one! Ann in financing shined equally as bright. She arranged my payments in a way that made sense and significantly lessened the financial burden throughout my remaining four months. The staff here continue to go above and beyond, exceeding every expectation. Not only did they stop to listen to me, but they have succeeded in getting the best of deals and extremely fast service! Being trained in sales in a previous job I do have to say that the customer service from Jason has been top notch. Not only will I make my first financed pre owned purchase from them but my intentions are even being 500km away are to deal with freedom ford within all my future vehicle dealings. Yep they are that good! I have went through over 5 dealerships during this purchase and I have the highest regard and recommendation to Jason and freedom ford! Even through a world of headache hurdles on my own at these guys and they solved them all! Great seriously recommended service! More

New (used) car: Quick, easy and friendly I found the car I was interested in online. My research showed they seemed to have the best online prices, something they seemed quite proud of when I I found the car I was interested in online. Good experience I had needed to purchase a second vehicle and I called freedom Ford, and spoke with Roman. He was very professional in advising me on the trade in of I had needed to purchase a second vehicle and I called freedom Ford, and spoke with Roman. He was very professional in advising me on the trade in of my existing vehicle, and the purchase of another used vehicle. An appointment was made and at that appointment I was shown 2 vehicles of which I chose one. At the same time Roman showed me the car proof and I decided on the 2009 Mitsubishi endeavor. I was then taken to the business manager James, who completed documentation, and secured financing approval. I was able to obtain my vehicle on my second appointment. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Roman and James, and not forgetting the receptionist who I initially spoke with when I first called. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, and have no complaints. More
