But he and the rest of the sales staff were able to get me into a beautiful new FX4 for my price range. It was such a pleasant and easy experience, right from the beginning. James was an absolute pleasure and got me approved and into my vehicle in no time. Everyone is so welcoming and even the salesmen that weren't selling me my truck would stop and chat and just act like human beings! Not only did they stop to listen to me, but they have succeeded in getting the best of deals and extremely fast service! Being trained in sales in a previous job I do have to say that the customer service from Jason has been top notch. Not only will I make my first financed pre owned purchase from them but my intentions are even being 500km away are to deal with freedom ford within all my future vehicle dealings. Yep they are that good! I have went through over 5 dealerships during this purchase and I have the highest regard and recommendation to Jason and freedom ford!
