Excellent Service Was in in for 15K service and check as well as an oil change. Appointment time was punctual. I told him about my previous experiences, and he assured me that Freedom Ford would take care of me - every interaction I have had with them since then has backed up his statement. I ended up with my lovely (used, but new to me) Ford Escape. Thanks to Jake, I understand and am happy with the choices that I made concerning warranty, service agreements, and options.
