I recently asked her about a strange looking mole on my upper back and to my dismay she informed me that I should probably see a doctor. While I was looking for more specific medical advice it turned out to be good advice nonetheless because it was actually a back nipple and needed immediate removal! She is also an amazing resource for fashion advice. Thanks to Roxanne I'm now the best dressed guy in the office and the ladies fight over me constantly! But back to the service related to my truck. Basically what I'm saying is that Roxanne knows her sh#t and is all over your service experience! For example, last week the low fuel light came on in my truck. I was like "whatever" and kept on driving. I drove for another hour or so and my truck completely died out of nowhere! I was out of town so I called a local shop and was told I probably blew my muffler bearings but he could get me in right away. I wanted a second opinion so I called Roxanne to see what she thought. Turns out she knew exactly what the problem was and I was rolling in no time! And that advice was offered free of charge! I'm not sure what more to say here. Great place, great trucks, great people, and fair pricing. That is all. More

Refreshing Used Truck Shopping Experience I bought a 2010 F150 FX4 at freedom last week. Jake was a refreshing change from other salesmen I had dealt with in my search for a new truck. It could have saved me a lot of time and energy. Jake was great to deal with during the whole process and I have appreciated the way he has followed up with me on my overall satisfaction with my new truck. He even booked me in for a service appointment for my heated seat that quit working (the very next day)! Anna in finance was very pleasant to deal with as well. She was not pushy or unpleasant to deal with (which has been my experience at other dealerships while finalizing a deal). Overall, I have been blown away by the manner in which Freedom Ford does business, they are unlike other dealers I have dealt with in the past and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at buying a vehicle. The sales team were very quick to accommodate my specific demands and found me a still brand new 2014 that matched up to what I wanted, then knocked 10 grand off the sticker price, on top of securing me 0% financing. Ann-Mary in the finance department was very thorough and professional and everything was taken care of with the bank with no issue. She also managed to cut me a deal on the extended warranty package. My truck arrived at my house clean and with a full tank of gas and the delivery driver made sure to show me a few key features before he left. Overall a very positive experience, and I can say with a fair amount of certainty that my next F150 will also be purchased from Freedom Ford. More
